Chapter Quarto, Ex Lovers

Matt, caroline, Nadia and I were in the car heading to New Orleans. Sitting in silence with no one have the intention to break it.

" how much longer" caroline asked tapping her nails on the phone on her lap from the back seat. During there last pit stop which was  for Matt but mostly for Katherine with her new human aging blather it seemed she had to go every fourth five minutes. Her and Nadia switched seat cause she and Matt  decided to sit in the back and let Nadia be in the front so she can put her chair back and be more comfortable in the front next to Katherine.

" one more hour" Katherine said while turning her head to look at caroline in back

" why" Katherine said with a grin looking at Caroline threw the rear view mirror which indicted to Caroline that she was about to hear something or someone  she rather not hear about.  " worried about seeing klaus"

" no!" Caroline said, realizing she replied to that quicker then she should have

" fine blondie, don't have to get  all defensive. How about you matty from
what I heard about your summer, you must be happy to see Rebekah again" she said deciding for now to let Caroline and her nerves be and direct her attention to the quarter back sitting right behind her

" what?, no I came because I wanted to help Nadia not Rebekah" he said coming out of a dreamlike stake while Turing his head to the side to look over at Nadia, who was sleeping in the front seat

" fine, whatever you say but I know that you both are at least a little bit happy probably nervous also to see your ex lovers" Katherine said while smirking at both of them

" speaking of ex lovers, from what Elena told me you most be happy to see Elijah then also" caroline said

" elijah and me are over and done what ever little thing be had ended after he left and didn't even come when I was on my death bed, this trip is for Nadia and even if I did want to start a relationship with him or a certain Salvatore or who ever else I dam wish to see  I can't because of the deal I made to you"

" what deal" Matt asked confused

" blondie didn't tell you" she asked surprised thinking surely Caroline would have texted him or whispered it or just spoke at loud  about it while she was taking one of her many annoying bathroom breaks. Stupid human Blatter she thought, while decided to continue with  what she was saying "Well in order to pursued her to join and help cause unlike you matty she wasn't as motivated and willing to help I knew I had to offer her something she couldn't refuse so for her to come and help persuade klaus to help, we made a deal that after this is over I will stand myself with the trackers knife and leave Elena's body and die and finally be at of your life's for good" she said avoiding the sadness she felt every time she thought about what you made a deal to do after everything but pushed it aside and looked onto the road and continue to drive.

" wow katherine, you really-"

" save the compliments matty and let's all keep quiet durning the rest of car ride..... Please " she said but decided to be a bit nicer since they did agree to help even if it meant her death so she added a please but said it so quickly and low that probably Caroline with her super hero couldn't understand what she just said

While they all where in the car there minds are drifted off to what will happen when when they see there ex lovers again ...
