They Meet Your Family

Y/a/n = your aunts name

The day has come where your beloved boyfriend of six months meets your parents, are you nervous? Slightly. Is your boyfriend? Now that's a completely other situation. But your boyfriends nerves are put to the test when you both walk into your old home and sit down at the table.

Namjoon:

"Joonie, are you nervous?" You slightly tease, but kindly rub circles into his hand. Namjoon looks at you, smiling, but hardly due to his tenseness. "A little." He chuckles in response with a shaky voice. You just sigh and smile. "They're going to love you." You reassure him before seeing your younger cousin. "Hey y/c/n." You greet with a large smile before picking up your shy cousin. "Hello, Namjoon. I'm y/m/n, nice to finally meet you." Your mother tells him politely, giving him a hug. Namjoon smiles back, greeting her in a bow. "Its so nice to finally meet you too, thank you for inviting me." Namjoon replies with a dimpled grin, sitting back down happily watching you play with your adorable cousin. "Hi." Namjoon softly says to her, watching Y/c/n with a special look in his eyes. He knows that you're someone he wants to be with for the rest of his life, seeing how much love you cherish for everyone around you makes him fall deeper in love. Its a plus when your family who wasn't too busy to come and see you adore him and your relationship.

Yoongi:

Yoongi smiles at you with that beautiful gummy smile that takes over his lips, kissing your forehead lovingly. Your sister and brother sit down at the table, greeting you and him with a smile and hug. "I'm Y/s/n, nice to meet you Yoongi." Your sister spoke with a grin, Yoongi nodded and smiled back. "I'm Y/n's older brother." Your brother smiled with a bitter look in his eyes, Yoongi gulped, now nervous with his English abilities."I'm Min Yoongi, its nice to meet you." Yoongi replied shaking his hand firmly. "Oh, Y/n, Yoongi. . . I wasn't excepting you this soon." Your mother greeted setting down your favorite meal, along with Yoongi's to which she spent hours trying to make. You nodded, smiling as you kissed her cheek. "Hello, I'm Yoongi." Your boyfriend greeted with a gummy smile, standing up to bow and shake hands. "I'm y/m/n, now sit, sit. I want to hear all about you and your life." Your mother grins as you all sit down together and laugh as a family. They all end up loving him.

Hoseok:

"Hobi, I love you." You whisper as he slides his hand in yours. "I love you too." He grins back, reaching in to kiss your pink lips. "You must be Hoseok." Your grandmother smiled, grinning like a Cheshire cat. "Yes, its fantastic to meet you!" He smiles, standing up to bow. But as he stands you grandmother scoops him up in her arms. "Call me y/gm/n." She insists and pats his cheeks, making you stifle a laugh. "Y/n, dear. He's more handsome than I suspected!" She declares with a playful smile. Just as Hoseok begins to try and speak to you, your grandfather steps into the room. "Y/n, your mother and father are on their way with your sister. " your grandfather tells you with a smile before sitting down. "I'm y/gf/n, nice to meet you Hoseok." He greets, shaking hands with your boyfriend. "Nice to meet you too." Hoseok replies with a smile. "I've just about finished the casserole, you two should sit in the living room and chat amongst yourselves." Your grandmother told you from the kitchen, now setting back to work. Let's just say when you two were alone, you did a little more than just 'talk.' But, even if you kept it secret. Your family never hid their fondness toward Hoseok, much to your pleasure.

Jimin:

"Y/c/n, this is Jimin." You tell your toddler cousin who immediately sits on his lap, giggling as she stares at him. "Hi." Jimin coos at the little child, giggling as well. Your heart warms at that, seeing two people you love very much get along. "Y/n, who's your friend?" You father asks with a joking tone, greeting Jimin who now gives you back Y/c/n. "I'm Park Jimin." He smiles, bowing. "I'm y/f/n, now sit down." He smiles back at him, drinking his glass of water. Your father eyes him down, curious with a knowing look in his eyes. "Y/n, you seem to be shy." Your dad tells you. "Oh." You lower your head, a blush starting to take over your cheeks. "She was nothing like that as a kid, she was always screaming and running around the house." Your dad laughs, making Jimin laugh with him. "That's good to know." Jimin smirks playfully at you, nudging you gently. "She was always dancing and breaking things too." This makes Jimin gasp, laughing harder. "You always scold Taehyung and I when we do that, hypocrite!" Jimin jokingly cries. By the end of the night, your mother, father, both aunt 
And uncle have all told embarrassing stories of you from you childhood. Making you and him both laugh until you couldn't anymore, after that night Jimin knew that he was accepted in your house hold. 

Taehyung:
Taehyung is actually  terrified, even if he acts calm and excited to meet your family. "But what if I trip! Or if I say something stupid in English!" Taehyung whispers to you, while you sit down waiting for your parents to come back to the dinning room. "You'll be fine." You reassure, pecking his cheek when your family finally sits down with you. "I'm y/m/n, I've heard so much about you." She gushes  with a proud grin, shaking his hand while he sits there with a breathtaking smile. "I'm Taehyung, but you can call me Tae." Taehyung tells them, tightly squeezing your hands in his sweaty ones. "Well Tae, welcome to the family." Your father tells him, shaking his hand again at the end of the night.

Jin:

Jin would be nervous, his charms worked on almost everyone. Expect for your brother. "I'm Kim Seokjin." He'd formally introduce himself to your family. Bowing before handing your mother an expensive champagne and beautiful flower bouquet. After that Jin would give your father his favorite liquor, your boyfriends face would light up when he saw how happy your family was. But your brother would scowl the whole time, thinking this was only a scam so he could get into his baby sisters pants. "You're doing great." You praised when your mother put the dinner in front of him. "Your cooking is delicious, we need to set a date so you can cook with me." Jin grinned at your mother who smiled happily as well. "Of course Jin, after all you're the first person to complement it." Your mom joked, glaring at her husband and her children who all acted innocent. After all his trying, Jin, at the end of the night makes your brother love him as well.

Jungkook:

Your boyfriend would be a little. . . JunHoseok

. He'd stare your ex boyfriend in complete disbelief who sat next to your sister, bouncing his child on his knee happily. "What?. . ." he'd trail off breathless when you were alone. You sighed, agreeing with him. "He was my boyfriend a year before we met, he broke it off when I went to South Korea to study and when I left, he got what he always wanted. . . my sister." You slumped in your seat, of course you were upset, you were always second choice when it came to y/s/n. "I'm sorry." Jungkook told you, rubbing your hand. "It was long before I met you, don't worry." You replied as your parents came to the table and started to eat dinner with you all. He did surprisingly well,answering all the questions with ease. When it was just your parents, him and yourself. Your father spoke up. "I like you Jungkook, you're a hell of a lot better than y/exb/f. " your dad praised, making Jungkook beam for the rest of the night.
