"Hey, um... Are you Lee Chan?"
The sound of your voice made me stop in my tracks. I didn't know how you found me. I didn't know how you remembered my name. I didn't even know how you recognized my back. I turned around and I saw you. I cleared my throat, before giving you a small nod.
"Yeah, I... I am..."
"That's a cute name! Um, sorry, but do I know you?"
I saw two girls not too far away behind you, one with platinum blonde hair and one with dark red hair. I recognized the one with platinum blonde as the girl you were with in the library a few days ago.
"Uh, thanks... You do, actually! We met in the library two weeks ago, and then you slapped me in front of the school two days after that. Then, we met in a party four days after. The last time was a few days ago, in the library, when you... caught me staring at you."
"Did anyone tell you about my short term memory loss?"
"Yeah, Park Minhyuk told me about it, since I wanted to get to know you..."
"Oh, okay... Let's get to know each other, then!"
I didn't really know what to tell you. I was awkward, and I had no idea what to do. I didn't even know how I had the courage to ask you out, but I found myself asking it anyways. Even I was shocked at what I said.
"Well, want to eat out with me? I mean, classes are over, and there's an Olive Garden near our school."
"Are you... asking me out on a date?"
"If that's what you want."
I remembered how you looked back at the two girls who were watching us, as if asking for permission, and the one with dark red hair excitedly nodded, jumping about and squealing in her spot. I remembered how you looked back at me and nodded with a wide smile. I remembered how you gently held my hand and asked me,
"Let's get going, shall we?"
