Baby, I remembered the week after our first date. It was your birthday that day, and I knew what to get you. A polaroid camera. It was the cheapest one I could find, but you loved it. It was also in your favorite color. The way how you jumped around in excitement and watch you open it like a child on Christmas just made me smile. I just watch you set it up excitedly. What surprised me is that the moment you held the camera in your hands and turned it on, a bright flash suddenly came off. It made me blind for a second or two, but after I regained my eyesight, I saw a picture slowly come out. It took a few minutes to develop, and on the picture was me, smiling wide.

"Thank you so much, Chan. Really."

"You're welcome. You did tell me that you were interested in Photography, but had zero cameras."

"I did, but... Why did you get me this?"

"To take pictures of your favorite memories, I guess."

I saw you look down at the picture you took earlier, and I heard your soft giggle.

"Well, I took a picture of my favorite smile earlier."

Baby, was my smile still your favorite smile? Do you still have that camera I gave you?
