Chapter Twenty: Allied Forces Assemble!

All of the Cult's forces had retreated.

"It seems like they're just playing games with us! That bald headed geezer sure was tough!", said Jack.

"Yeah, you got the toughest member of Dark Abyss! You sure have improved since yesterday!", said Waldo.

"Yeah! I actually fought against that Moloch guy without getting injured! And I saved you from yourself, Waldo!", said Shawn.

Jack smelled Waldo, he stank terribly.

"EWWWW!!!! Waldo, you smell like a crappy bathroom at a convenient store in the middle of nowhere!", said Jack.

"Yeah, because SHAWN decided to use Prankster Mode on me!", said Waldo.

"Hey, I also got Girl-You as well! If it weren't for me, you'd be six feet under!", said Shawn.

"Did the Cult get the Book of Life?", said Jack.

"Actually, it's the Book of the Dead.....and no they didn't! We took it from them after I beat Waldo Nightshade!", said Waldo.

"Let's burn it! It's toasty time!", said Shawn.

Shawn conjured fire in his hands and pressed them against the Book of the Dead, trying to burn the creepy book. However, the Book wasn't burning. Instead, Shawn was burning.

"OWWWW!!!!", screamed Shawn.

"What happened?!", said Jack.

"The Book of the Dead isn't burning! I'm burning instead!", said Shawn.

"Of course, it's indestructible! It's under Reflector enchantments! Whatever we do to book, the book does it to us! This thing can't be destroyed!", said Waldo.

"Then what do we do with it?!", said Jack.

"I guess we'll give it to the Oridian Vault Keepers so they can seal it away!", said Waldo.

"GUYS!!!!!!", screamed a ton of people.

Waldo turned. All of his friends were there: the Agent Kids, the Zar siblings, and Witchdoctor's team.

Resizagirl ran towards Waldo and hugged him. The she gave him a kiss.

"Thank goodness you're all right!", said Resizagirl.

"Those guys put up a good fight!", said Waldo.

"So what's the plan?", said Witchdoctor.

"Here's the plan! We have just found the Book of the Dead! However, now that we have it, it's likely the Cult will come back to SAFE! This time, they'll come back with higher numbers! As long as we're here at SAFE, we're endangering the lives of all the students that attend this school. That's why we're leaving SAFE. Today, we shall set course for Muspelheim Mountain to rescue dad. After that, we will give the Book of the Dead to the Oridian Vault Keepers so they can seal it away forever," said Waldo.

"What?! But I like this school! We still need to learn more!", said Jack.

"Yeah, you were complaining about going back to school! And besides, as I just said, the Cult WILL come back for us with bigger numbers than before! As long as we're here, we're endangering the lives of the students and teachers at this school. So we're leaving! And besides, we have to rescue dad! Who knows what this Surtr guy is doing to him?! The longer we wait, the higher the odds will be that dad will not pull through when we rescue him!", said Waldo.

"Awwwwwww! I don't wanna go! I still need to master my powers!", whined Jack.

"Hey! If it makes ya feel any better, I had to master my powers in the midst of a fight-to-the-death tournament! Do you know how much pressuring that was?! Hey Witchdoctor, do you happen to know where Muspelheim Mountain is?", said Waldo.
