jimin's small body shook with fear. he tried his best to escape the strong grip of jung hoseok, but his strength did not compare to the elder's. he was letting small, muffled sobs escape his mouth. he was afraid if he made too much noise that he would get killed.
hoseok threw him onto the cold, cement floor of the basement. from behind the door he could hear the worried yells and screams from his friends. this made him cry even more.
aw, what is it? your little friends are better than me? i remember you, park jimin.
hoseok tried to make eye contact with him, but jimin refused. he soon got fed up with this and roughly grabbed jimin's face, forcing him to lock eyes.
and i know you never forgot me.
and that was true. everyday, jimin wondered what happened to hobi. at least now he knew.
you're right. i never did.
jimin agreed.
hoseok smiled, almost genuinely, to that response.
park jimin, do you remember all the fun we had as children? how we would run around the neighborhood, the playground, each other's houses? i miss that. i really do. and deep, deep down; i know you do too.
and that was also true. hoseok let go of jimin's face, pleased with the short conversation.
jimin gulped
h... hobi?
hoseok froze in his spot. he hasn't heard that nickname in over a decade. a feeling of guilt rushed through his body, but he quickly repressed it.
yes?
they made eye contact again
what happened to you? why did you just leave all of a sudden? do you know how worried i was?! my best friend had just left me, it was tearing me apart.
jimin got a little heated but soon calmed down. hoseok breathed deeply, closing his eyes remembering everything that happened.
i murdered my parents, and a lot of other shit. which is how i ended up in lots of different hospitals and jails. i do regret it... a little bit. it felt nice to get my anger out.
jimin finally realized the situation he was it. he was talking to a psychotic killer. he stood up quickly and ran to the door, unlocking it, and running upstairs. it happened in what seemed like a millisecond, and hoseok had no time to catch him.
fuck!
he yelled, following jimin.
jimin was met with the tear stained, frightened faces of his friends as he screamed
GET THE FUCK OUT THE WAY GUYS WE HAVE TO GO
jimin pushed past them and went up to the second floor and into the bathroom. there was a lot of screaming happened below him and he predicted that hoseok was scaring them. he peeked around the corner as a flood of six boys came into the bathroom. once they were all in there, jimin locked the door.
