I took a deep breath as I drove the familiar way to the Cullens house. Bella, Alice, and I have kept in constant contact since I had left four years ago. Graduation college with my bachelors in forensic chemistry was the best thing I had ever done with my life.

Though, the constant ache of being without Paul was still there.

I hated the fact that I still constantly felt the need to be with Paul and after being away for a while, I've realized that I do want to be with him. Hopefully, he felt the same way still.

"ARDEN!"

I laughed when Renesmee ran out of the house and pulled me into a hug. Bella had a child and became a vampire, though surprisingly only one of those was a shock to me. I always knew in the back of my mind that Bella was going to be a vampire, just not a mother as well.

"I've missed you! You've grown again since the last time you visited me!" I told her before releasing her from the hug. Bella and Edward brought her to see me six months ago when she looked like a teenager and now she looked like an adult.

Renesmee laughed before pulling me towards Bella. I pulled my best friend into a long hug, her trying to not break my bones with her strength. The rest of the family followed suit with hugs and including Jacob who Renesmee is now dating.

"I think someone is waiting for you," Jacob whispered into my ear before letting me go. I took a deep breath before turning around to see Paul standing there at the end of the driveway.

I walked down stopping a few feet in front of him. "Hey," I told him with a small smile, one that he returned.

"Hey. How have you been?" he asked me, clearly nervous. I couldn't help but let my smile grow considering I was nervous too.

"I've been good. School treated me very well," I told him while nodding my head. I was so nervous to speak to him after all this time without communication.

He smiled. "I've noticed. You cut your hair as well," he commented grabbing a strand of my hair. I giggled at his action before he dropped his hand. "Arden, would you like to go out on a date with me?" I moved closer to Paul before pecking his cheek.

"I would love to, Paul."
