I knew that voice anywhere, even though it's been so long since I've heard it.
"Mateo" I say he takes off his mask revealing himself.
"And who's this precious little girl?" He asks stepping closer to Zara and I.
"So you have a kid now?" He asks me looking kinda sad.
"She belongs to Jessica, and she's your child." I hand Zara over to Jessica.
"Interesting..." he smiles before pointing his gun to Zara's head.
"You both come with me if not she dies." He says.
I didn't wanna risk her life....
"Okay."
"BOYS!" He called out and a bunch of men surrounded us.
Then everything went black.

"You didn't Jayden!" I giggle before grabbing the velvet box out of his hand.

" This ring is beautiful." I put it on my finger holding it up. "But I can't accept it Jay" I try to give it back to him.
"Why not?" He asks grabbing my hand pulling me close.
"I've told you why so many times, and it's like it's not getting in your head at all." I tell him.
"Madison just trust me on this.... please" he gets on his knees and grabs my hands.
"Jaydennn" my face begins to turn red, even though he may not be able to see it.
"I just wanna show you imma always be here for you and my son. I wanna be your rock babygirl, that's all I'm tryin' to do"
"Okay." I smile at him, he lifts me up and kisses me passionately.

Short chapter I know 😂 I'll be updating soon though and let me gone head and say this YALL ARE AMAZING WE ARE ALMOST AT 7K!!! And my book is rated #5 under the name "mateo" which is absolutely amazing I can't thank ya guys enough!!! Anyways I'll be updating soon. And yes this book is slowly coming to its end sadly :-(
