Here’s an interview with DoraAliciaPinto. I don’t know her stories well, but I’m sure they’re amazing, and I’m going to try and read Crossed Directions when I find the time. But she left a funny post on my message board, which caught my attention. So I decided to interview her. I have no problem interviewing Undiscovered Gems, because sometimes the undiscovered stories really are gems! Sometimes they’re the next big thing waiting to happen in fan fiction, and no one can find them!
Round 1:
Q: So, hello there. I’ve noticed your title of Crossed Directions is pretty creative, so congratulations for a good title. Anyway, is there anything you want to say about your story? Your thoughts on it, something you might want to say to get someone to read it, or anything?
A: Thanks! It took us a long time to come up with. Well, most of the people don’t know my story is actually a co-written one. I co-write with my real life friend @MariaReginaIsaza. I came up with the idea when I was making random scenarios with 1D in my head lol. It may not be the best but I put a lot of effort in it, correcting the mistakes and writing on my free time. It is a really funny story and I try to make it as different as possible so if you like it don’t hesitate and tell me! Comments, votes and support mean a lot to me.
Q: If you were to give a brief overview, as though you were writing one of those descriptions On Demand or on Netflix where you get a quick snapshot of the story, what would you say? And for part two of this question, what are three words to describe the story?
A: Okay, I am very bad at descriptions. That’s why I put up a contest for making a new description to my story. Well the story is about two lucky girls who are best friends. They got to England for their sweet sixteen’s trip. The trip is full of unexpected circumstances, sometimes trouble and other times pure happiness. -- See? I told you I was bad :P
Well: Sweet, Funny and mmm mmm something you can relate to? Haha couldn’t think of the last word.
Q: What is your favorite part about Wattpad?
A: I absolutely love how people here on Wattpad don’t judge anyone. Most of the people are very nice and awesome writers. I love how most of the authors are super considerate and care a lot about their fans. I love the interaction between writer/reader. Also, there is a lot of smexie, awesome, funny and friendly people here.
Q: Do you have any advice for anyone who wants to write a fan fic?
A: I dont think I should give advice haha. Anyways something that annoys me is when people have lots of spelling/grammar errors like they dont even take the time to re-read their work before they post it. I mean, everyone makes mistakes and a few mistakes are acceptable but you should at least use Microsoft word’s corrector. Good title that captures the reader and a good cover are also crucial. Try your best and it will probably result well!

Favorite Song? (besides One Direction songs) Currently I like Wake me up by Ed Sheeran. He is soooo adorable and hot and talented and AHHH.
Favorite Food? That’s a though one… PASTA!
Would you rather be stuck in an elevator with One Direction or be lost in the woods with One Direction? Stuck in an elevator!! Woods creep me out.

Do you have anything to say in conclusion to your fans and readers?
AHHH THAT I LOVE YOU SO MUCHHH!! I dont think I have that much but still you mean a lot to me. You always light up my world like nobody else! (haha not)
