Chapter 47: One more

Grays pov:

Its been 4 months now. Me and Lucy came back from our honeymoon to Paris. It was honestly amazing. We may have woo'd a little but was still amazing ;)

Anyways, we came back home last night while Levy was asleep with Carlos next to her.

It was comforting to see Carlos asleep. I turned to see Lucy but she wasn't there. Instead i hear puking noises coming from the bathroom. She probably ate something bad i guess.

The next morning Levy left back to Gajeels place and left Carlos with us. Lucy ran to the store to buy some groceries while i stayed home and watched Carlos.

She came home, running towards the bathroom. I felt my heart pounding, i grabbed Carlos and placed him in his crib as he played with his toys.

I raced over infront of the bathroom door, waiting for lucy to come out.

The door opened slowly, she held something behind her back with a huge smile on her face.

"Whats wrong?" I asked her, worried something mightve happened.

"Nothing! But, i have a suprise for you!" Lucy giggled as she walked out of the room, leaving me confused.

I walked down to the kitchen to see Lucy getting dinner ready.

"Hey, what do you want to eat for our christmas dinner this friday?" She asked me while she cooked. She looked excited about something..

"Hmmm whatever you want i guess." I responed, trying to figuire out whats going on. Instead, i decided to just wait.

The days passed by magically. It was christmas, Carlos first Christmas. Lucy and i got him gifts, even tho he cant open them yet by himself. I got Lucy a golden neckless with a pink heart in the middle.

After we opened the gifts for Carlos, we put Carlos to sleep then went to go open our gifts.

"Here, open mine first" I passed her my gift, she nodded and grabbed it. She ripped off the wrapping paper and stared at the box. She opened the box with a beautiful look in her face.

"Its beautiful! Aw thank you Gray!" She tackled me with a hug and a kiss.

"Now open mine! I bought you two gifts just in case" she smiled a little and passed me her gifts.

I laughed and opened one of my gifts. It was a new chain neckless I've wanted for months. I stared at in amazement and hugged her tightly.

We both laughed as we both sat back up.

I grabbed the other gift and ripped off the wrapping paper and came upon a box. I glimpsed at Lucy but turned back to the box. I opened the box and noticed a mug and another small box.

I read what the mug said outloud.

"#1 dad of 2" I looked at the number 2 carefully and turned my head towards Lucy. She shook her head to have me look in the other small box.

I opened the small box and saw a positve pregnancy test. I looked back at Lucy with joyful tears in my eyes. I stood up and carried Lucy around bridal style as i spun in circles. Our heads collided as i stopped spinning.

I planted a passionate kiss on her soft plump lips.

Dad of two, huh? AWESOME!
