Well, let’s just say that I’m in deep shit for attacking that chick, her parents filed charges against me for assault, and she barely even got a scratch, just a bump on the head and a very tiny scratch near her eye, and her parents are taking me to court because of that? Wow how low can humanity get. My parents aren’t very happy with me either, in fact they’ve grounded me for a month, it’s not like I have anyone to see during the month anyway so I really don’t care, I’m suspended for about three weeks I think, terrific I get to try and get my grades up and complete homework that I haven’t been doing for the last 3 weeks since I was dating Toby nothing else mattered but now that I broke it off with him he’s become distant and cracks a few smiles at me in the hallways, and to make things worse we’re partners in our health class so were forced to communicate there but everywhere else we are as far apart as much as possible.
Why is my phone going off? No one texts me anymore, where is my phone anyway? I can hear it but I can’t find it, I think it’s under my pillow, ah there it is. I slide me green slide thing to unlock it and find two text messages from toby, what the fuck does he want, I could have broken his little play toy yesterday, and he’s still contacting me
The ex: Can we talk? Meet me at the park
The ex: Please don’t hate me, I miss you L
TJ: Ugh sure, but don’t try anything with me.
The ex: I won’t
TJ: Good.
I grab my coat and tell mum that I’m going for a walk, and make my way down to the park with Never Shout Never playing through my earphones, the cleansing sound of Chris Drew’s voice calms me instantly. I feel a figure watching over my shoulder, so I turn around and see a familiar face.
“Why did you exactly want to meet me here?” I ask “To do this” he says before brining my face to his and forcefully kissing it, in his favour I didn’t knee him in the balls, instead I bit down hard on his bottom lip and drew blood, that spat his blood on his face and quickly wiped out my mouth with my shirt, thank you self-defence, I knew you’d come in handy one day, but I never it would be this soon. Before I get home I give in and boot him in the stomach and run.
