Edwards pov

Alicewarned me about Tanya she showed me her vision Tanya screaming at me telling me to love her. I was taken aback by  Alice’s vision and Tanya’s words, I prayed that that was not the reason she came back, and I hoped that she wasn’t about to start something that she could not finish. Truth be told I knew Tanya had feelings for me, the way she acted weirdly in the piano room, the way she hugged me tightly, they way she always acted flirtatious towards me, her little movements, they way she gazed at me. I hated it, I did my possible best to avoid her, I’d try to go into the household only with Bella. Tanya knew I was married to Bella and I loved only her so what was her point of being here, Tanya had been blocking her thoughts from me and that only not frustrate me but aggravated me intensely Urgh what was her game, couldn’t she just go back home with her family.

We were in the living room in the Cullen  household I decided that I needed  to speak to Tanya just to clear this mixed up situation before anything got out of hand, Alice had just taken Bella hunting Bella was reluctant to leave me and I her I. Alice literally had to drag her out of the house to separate us, I sighed I hated being away from my wife.

There was still people in the house, Emmet and Jasper were distracted by the video game they were fixated on, Carlisle was working, Esme seemed to be doing unusual dusting which was uncalled for since the house was clean most of the time, Rose well Rose would be somewhere in a room with a huge mirror in it so she can express her vanity.

Tanya was upstairs nowhere near the rest of the family until she came downstairs, she lightly smiled at me, her eyes were emotionless and she suddenly looked away from me once she reached the living room, she flicked her hair back and headed to the back yard I slightly frowned at her behavior her thoughts again was of colours of shoes, I expected her face to gleam once she saw me but now her expression has suddenly changed I needed to talk to her. I stood up my brothers didn’t notice my absent, Emmet was wailing like a little girl because Jasper had defeated him in this boxing game. I slowly walked into the garden a frown plastered on my face, Tanya had her back to me whilst her arms were folded, I think she was staring off into space now thinking of colours of sheep.

“Tanya come take a walk with me”, I whispered I stood behind her she turned her head and nodded her facial expression still blank as ever.

We walked to the forest in silence we were far away from the house, my hands fisted in my pockets still painfully annoyed by Tanya’s thoughts, now she was thinking about colours of the rainbow.  Urgh!

“You’ve been avoiding me”, that wasn’t a question that was a fact and she knew. She looked straight ahead as she said this.

I paused for a second, oh what do I say

“Y-yes”, I struggled.

“Why”

I sighed. Isn’t it obvious

“You know why”, my hands remained in my pockets as I thought about what I was going to say next.

“Tanya can you please explain to me why you’re here and why you’re behaving so strangely”

“Since when have I been acting strangely”, her voice was cold and yet her face still blank she avoided eye contact with me as she walked.

“Since your thoughts have been all over the place”

“Get out of my head Edward, if you don’t like what you hear then don’t read my mind”, she snapped. I was taken aback by the anger in her voice, for all the years I’ve known Tanya she has never spoken to me so coldly before. Ever.
