As the day wore on, I was feeling pretty shitty about what happened. I tried over and over again and yet, Nathan wouldn't talk to me. " Hey it's Princesa again and like I said i'm sorry. Talk to me come on Nate. Answer me. i'll call you later bye stud" I sighed and hung up. I walked to my car and I went back to his school. I waited till the bell rang and leaned against my car. I saw him walking with a girl and he saw me. I walked over to him and sighed. " Come on Nate, i'm sorry let me at least drop you off" I said
He sighed. " I'll talk to you later Kailee" he said and I gave a shy smile. She rolled her eyes and walked away. We headed to my car and I drove off. There was an awkward silence and I headed to the shake shop. " Where are you going Princesa?" Nate questioned me. I just kept driving and ignored him. He shook his head and sat back in his chair. I finally pulled up to the shop and parked. " Come on" I said and hopped out of my car. I waited for Nate to come out and held out my hand. He grabbed my hand and we headed in.
I ordered a chocolate milkshake and a strawberry one. We grabbed a seat and I looked at him and smiled. " You can't stay mad at me forever stud" I poked his side and continued to poke him. He smiled and I laughed. Our shakes came and I gave him the chocolate one. " am I forgiven?" I asked and he chuckled. " fine forgiven Princesa" He said and I grinned. " Good because I didn't like how it was when we fought" I said and he nodded.
We stayed in the shake shop for a little and decided to head out. Before we did though we bumped into a certain someone. " Hey Princesa" Kai said and I give a small smile. " hey Kai" I said and he gave me a side hug. " hey man" He said to Nate and held out his hand. " Hi i'm Nate" Nate said and took his hand. " well i'll see you later" I said and they broke their stare and Nate grabbed my hand and I waved Kai bye. " hey slow down" I said and Nate slowed his pace. he turned to me and I looked at him. " Promise me you won't hang with him" Nate said and I raised my eyebrow. " why not" Nate sighed and mumbled something under his breathe. " Um excuse me what" I said and He sighed louder. " he's bad news Princesa. Kai goes to my school and he plays that i'm from Hawaii card to get the girls, I knew him for along time Princesa please just trust me" He said to me and looked into my eyes.
I slowly nodded. " I trust you Nate, if you say he's a bad guy then I trust you" I said and he pulled me into a hug. " Thank you, i'm looking out for you after all you're my bestfriend" He said. Ouch right into the friendzone. None the less I hugged him back. " Ready to go?" I asked as we pulled away and he smiled as he grabbed my hand. We hopped into my car and headed to Nate's house. " Do you want to sleepover? we'll have a movie night to make up for loss time" he said and I rolled my eyes. " we barely fought for a day" I said and he dramatically put his hand over his heart. " Time was lost come on" He begged and I laughed. " okay okay i'll let the she devil know i'm spending the night over, type for me". He grabbed my phone and started texting Alice.
Princesa👑: i'm spending the night at a friends house
She Devil👺: I think not, you better get home and clean this house
" wow I didn't know she was like really your evil step mother" Nate said and I laughed. " Tell me about it"
Princesa👑: too bad i'm already legal to do what I want
She Devil👺: Just wait till I tell your dad about this
Princesa👑: okay bye
" Oh god she's horrible" I said and Nate lightened up the mood. " Girllll you don't need her. You're per-fect" He said and I laughed. " What a dork" " Hey don't laugh at me i'm just trying to cheer you up gosh" I giggled. I turned into his street and we hopped out of the car
Now the night begins.
