- ๑۩۞۩๑ -Ember tapped her orange painted fingernails irritatedly against the porcelain of her favourite red mug that was dotted with gold sparkles that reflected the warm yellow evening sunlight that shone through the window of her dining room. The past week has been the most humiliating one in her entire existence and they only grew more humiliating each time the blonde haired boy showed back up at her door or left her gifts when she would glare at him through the window and hold her phone up threateningly with the numbers '911' already dialed. She had almost dialed it for real, but he never tried to force his way in or do anything that would be considered aggressive even though he could easily overpower her if he wanted to due to his build. Eventually, he had given up trying to get her to talk to him and had sat dejectedly on her porch for an hour or so before he had given her the saddest puppy look you could imagine and walking off with his shoulders slumped.
And now that she had finally gotten so irritated that she had stomped outside and told him to come back at a 5 pm on Sunday and she would let him say his peace just to STOP this nightly torture, he was late. She glanced over at the grandfather clock in the corner of her yellow kitchen.
6:03 PM
She averted her gaze back into her mug and she felt her eyebrow twitch, anger building up in her. She swore that if he DID have the nerve to show up after waiting this long she was going to wring his neck for good this time like she should have done to start with. She could be watching "The Voice" or doing something fun. Instead... She glanced over at his mug which had stopped steaming an hour ago. Finally having enough, she slammed her hands down on the table as she stood; startling Sera of whom was taking a nice nap in the window prior to the disturbance. She glared at her owner for a second before yawning and leaning her head back onto her paw daintily.
She mumbled an apology before downing the rest of her mug and walking over to the Keurig; putting her favourite Mocha Latte pod in with a slap. After all of this frustration, she deserved a little happy right now. As she went to press the button to brew, it the machine beeped at her and refused her simple wish to be deliciously caffeinated.
"What in the-?" She checked the machine thoroughly before looking at the display to see if it knew what its problem was.
ERROR! ADD WATER
She sighed angrily, pinching the bridge of her nose between her fingers to alleviate the headache she felt coming because of all of this. Because of him. She growled and yanked the water cartridge out, accidentally splashing the side of her face and part of her shirt with the small amount of water that was left.
'GREAT.'
She drug out the world in her mind slowly becoming more and more pissed off as the seconds ticked by. With a sigh, she walked over to the sink and removed the top; pushing it under the faucet and turning the knob to let the water slowly fill it up. She reached over for her kitchen towel and dabbed lightly at her face as to not mess up her makeup and the top of her shirt where it had dripped.
Today has just been a goddamn disaster.
She sighed to herself as she hung up her towel and leaned over the sink waiting semi-patiently for it to fill up the cartridge as her mind drifted back to that night.

"Please...I can explain..."
The terror in her body rose up and overtook her, reacting in the girliest way that you could imagine in a situation like this. She screamed. At the top of her lungs, as loud as she possibly could. And as she darted off of the bed and jerked her babydoll lingerie back up to cover her breasts, she reached to the side and picked up a very sharp looking lamp and ripped the shade off; completely shattering the lightbulb in its socket.
