3.) Save the prom queen

——*cheryl's room after school, Cheryl's P.O.V*——
I sit quietly sketching in my sketchbook, a picture of my only inspiration, perfection, happiness. Well what I think is all these things, to me. The only thing on my mind, Toni topaz. My roommate, best friend, and the only one who gets me. Toni is on the shower, so I lay and wait, sketching her. "Cheryl!" She screams from the bathroom, "I forgot a towel!" She adds on. I grab a towel and know On the door. She open the door and I hand her the towel. "Thanks!" She screams. I wait for her to get out. She walks out of the bathroom with her clothes in hand and just a towel around her. All I could do was stare. "Your turn." She smiles and laughs, I nod and walking In The bathroom with a towel and clothes. I guess once I got I there I remembered everything, Veronica, my mother just disappearing, my father, jj, everyone. I turned the water on, and got in without taking my clothes off, I curled in a ball and just cried. I don't know how long I was in there for but all I know is it was long enough for Toni to get concerned and run in to see me. She ran up to me and hugged me. "Shh..it's okay Cheryl...I'm right here..." she said trying to comfort me. "TeeTee, why did you walk into the shower when you just got dressed." I asked. "Well simply because I will not let you feel alone and hurt." She smiled at me and I smiled back. "Now let's get you and me changed." She adds I nod. After we get dressed, we lay in bed, but of course my mother comes home randomly at the worse times. "CHERYL!" She screams walking into my room to see Toni. "Who is that?!" She says with a pissed off look. "Well...she got kicked out of her home, so I let her stay here, now mumsy please leave us alone." I smiled. "God damn you deviant child, it should have been you instead of Jason who died." She said walking out of the room slamming the door. I start to tear up. "Oh no...don't do that!" Toni said wiping a tear and holding my cheek. "You, Cheryl blossom, are loved, beautiful, and not deviant." She said making me smile and blush a little. I hug her. "Thank you TeeTee" I say then give her a light kiss on the cheek. I started blushing, why do I feel like this, what is this feeling? I think Toni could realize I was thinking about something so she looked at me and waved her hand in front of my face. "Cherylll...northside princess? Helloooo" she said, saying a nickname she knows I hate. "H-hey!" I respond.
--*toni's motorcycle on the way to school, Cheryl's P.O.V*--
We started to go to school, I wrapped my arms around her waist, laying on her shoulder, she smelled so nice, like vanilla. I closed my eyes, blushing, enjoying the ride. "Alright princess we are he-" she gets cut off by a voice that brought so much hurt to me. "Wow northside princess and a serpent, never thought." I look up, heather...."and who might you be?" Toni says protecting me. "H-heather?! I thought you moved away." Veronica says walking up to us. "Could you leave Cheryl alone? You let and hurt her." She adds, why is Veronica protecting me? Heather walks off. "Veronica....says you.." Toni says coldly to the raven-haired girl. "Let me expla-" Toni cuts her off. "Save it shorty" she says I giggle at the irony of Toni saying that. Betty runs after us. "Cheryl toni please let Ronnie explain..." we just ignore her and walk by.
A/n: hey so this is short but the next chapter will be Veronica's P.O.V from the other chapter and on why she did what she did because I can't keep her as the bad guy I added Heather to be the person to ruin everything I have plans for her and a lot other stuff
