6.) I'm falling, but will you catch me?

—*saturday night, Cheryl's room, Cheryl's p.o.v*—
I haven't slept for the past few days ever since Toni saved me, she was crying when she saw me. But why? I'm not that important. Hell she probably doesn't understand that I have fallen for her. I think I love her. "Cheryl?" I heard the half asleep Toni say. "Y-yes?" I stutter, god why did I stutter I never do! "I'm coldddd" she says moving closer to me, burying he head into my shoulder, causing me to blush. "s-same" she looks up at me "are you okay?" she asked sitting up. "im worried, i know you haven't been sleeping, and you never stutter." I froze. "Not really..i like someone, no..im falling for someone, and im afraid that they won't catch me. I have no clue if she likes me...she makes me feel happy." I look down. "I honestly feel the same way, i like someone, who is so perfect, and i know she doesn't want to be with me, but im glad i still have her in my life." I hear her say, I start crying, she likes someone, of course she does. "h-hey, don't do that." she wipes my tears away and puts her hand on my cheek. "Cheryl, I bet she loves you, and she is afraid to tell you, you are perfect, and if she doesn't, you'll find someone, i promise." I hugged her. I looked back into her eyes. I felt her move towards me, her hand holding mine. We are so close, yet it feels like we are miles apart. I want to kiss her, I want to be with her. Fuck it. I leaned in and kissed her, not expecting her to kiss back, but she does. We pull away, i smile to see her face light up. "so, uhh, cheryl, the person you like, does like you back" she says pulling me on her lap, kissing my cheek. I put my head on her chest, wrapping my arms around her waist, Toni's arm around me. I..Love..you" I whisper. "I Love you too, cherry" She says.
--*The next morning, pops, Toni's P.O.V*--
I wake up to the best sight ever, my beautiful cherry, wrapped around me, peacefully sleeping, with a smile. I kissed her head. She slightly woke up. "Good morning cutie." She giggled lightly. "Good morning." She replied looking at me. She quickly pecks my lips and gets off me. "I'm going to make breakfast" she says smiling at me. "Alright, Betty, jug, Veronica, and Archie, what's us to go to pops (for the birthday party btw)" she nods. So after we eat and get dressed we sit down to watch Netflix for a bit. I sit down and didn't expect Cheryl to sit on my lap. I wrapped my arms around her waist. We were watching tv when I heard the door open, Betty walks in. "Now this is cute." She points to us cuddling. Me blushing a lot. "Also Toni I had a feeling choni would happen!" She yells. "Wait you told her but not me!" Cheryl jokes. "I didn't know choni was a thing? Man I wish you told me toni." We laugh. "Okay love birds, meet me at pops in 30 minutes." We nod. I kiss her and she gets up. "alright lets get ready." I throw her some clothes and smile as i grab my self some of her clothes, i grab a black crop top with a mesh red top and some black high waisted shorts. I walk out to see her in my Metallica shirt and some black shorts. "well damn, you are hotter in my clothes." i say grabbing her waist. She smiled. "Well look at you." she giggles. I grab her hand and walk to my motorcycle. We got on and she grabbed my waist and layed her head on my shoulder. We finally get to pops and walk in to it dark, cheryl turns on the lights and all of us even pop screamed surprise. She smiled and hugged me, then the rest of the gang. "Hey guys! I have one more surprise for cheryl." I walked over to cheryl with a present in hand and hand it to her. "Open it" I smile as she opens the neatly wrapped present which held a cute outfit with some tickets to a mccafferty concert for me and her to go, I watch her face light up as she runs into my arms and hugs me. "Thank you Toni!" She says to me causing me to feel so happy. "Anything for you cherry" I say as Cheryl pulls apart from the hug, kissing me. After that I look to see Veronica shocked (she is shooketh) and Betty happy for us since she already knew. "When did you guys..become official" Veronica walks up to us. "Well technically we haven't talked about it..yet, but last night" Cheryl says I nod. I put my arm around her as we get the cake, everyone else had already given her, her presents, so we just ate cake for a bit and hung out. After a while everyone started to head home the only people left were Cheryl, Betty, jug, a girl I thought was Veronica from the back, and me. The realization of who that girl was after a bit was too late before she came over. But the only thought in my head was, where is Veronica? "H-Heather?!" I hear Cheryl scream as I was talking to Betty, as soon as I heard her I ran over. "Hey little red, miss me?" She says ignoring I'm here. "No! I am perfectly content with Toni!" She yells grabbing my hand. "Oh Toni? Why a guys name?" The dreaded question. "Does it matter?!" I snap at her trying to not think of my family. "Well clearly it does to you, what serpent, gonna kill me?" She says me knowin she is taunting me but doesn't let it get to me. I just roll my eyes. "Anyways serpent, why are you with this little slut, you could do so much better, like me." She says putting her hands all over me, but before Cheryl or I even got to let go of each other to attack her, Veronica hits her over the head with a plate. "NO THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR GOING NEAR TO AMAZING PEOPLE AND HURTING THEM! NEVER MESS WITH CHERYL IR TONI BECAUSE TRUST ME SWEETIE BOTH OF THEM CAN DO ALOT WORSE THAN I CAN!" Veronica screams at her angrily. Cheryl was crying and I was holding her. "Babe it's okay.." I kept whispering to her. I guess me being there calmed her down, Betty walked us to my motorcycle and told us to go home. So we drove off but I could tell Cheryl held on tighter than usual.
