Do not make your character overpowered. It goes against roleplay rules and isn't fun. Plus, every great character has flaws and grows stronger as they develop!
What are your characters strengths and weaknesses? Weaknesses make a character believable. There are strengths and weaknesses in every person and the same applies to characters.
What is your character’s goals and motivations?
Does your character have prejudices?
Is your character addicted to anything? Smoking, drinking etc?
