CAMILA'S P.O.V

I walk into English to see everyone already sat down, and there was only one chair left right at the front.

I go sit at the chair and see Mrs Jones walk into English. I had her last year for English. She gives a polite smile to everyone around the class. She's a good teacher, but a lot of the time she starts talking about things that don't concern the school or class, like about her dog being sick and her husband's pizza company.

"I know a lot of the faces in this class room, I even taught some of you last year, but other faces I know but don't know names. So, I'm going to call out the register and when you answer your name please raise your hand so I can put names to faces" She finished with a polite smile.

"Tommy" She says and I see Tommy sat at the back lazily throws his arm in the air.

She slowly goes through the class and reaches my name.

"Camila"

I raise my hand and give her a polite smile which she returns. Me and Mrs Jones get on very well. She's always kind to me and leaves me alone when I'm doing work or having an off day, which I appreciate.

Once she's finished with the register she sits at the front of the class and doesn't say anything. Instead she just observes the class.

"Excuse me" Mrs Jones says to the boy sitting on my right next to the window. "You are?" She asks.

"Smith" he says.

"You weren't on my register" She says looking at it again.

"Oh, sorry miss" He says, turning bright red and run's out the class room.

"Knew he wasn't in this class" She says laughing.

English went past quick, thanks to Mrs Jones talking about her son's new girl- friend, and how polite and perfect she is.

But the whole time my mind was pre-occupied with a certain teacher. I know I shouldn't. And the whole time I'm telling myself to stop. But I can't. She's so pretty. Perfect. Kind. Smart. But she's also my teacher.

In the last 10 minuets of the lesson a teacher came to the class room with our parking spaces. Everyone had individual slips, they also decided not to do it in alphabetical order as that wouldn't be fair. So, random names where picked for random places.

I'm parked in spot 1, row 1. Which is lucky. I'm as close to the entrance as it gets, but the teachers parking spaces are right in front of the entrance.

I walk out of school to see Sofi standing by my car.

"Hey" She shouts as I get closer.

"Hello, how was the big first day?" I asked unlocking the car.

"It was good. I liked it. Plus, I have a new friend Amanda" Sofi said sliding into her seat.

"Ahh, that's cool then" I said starting up the car.

"What parking space you got?" Sofi asked.

"The first one after the teachers parking spaces" I said with a smile.

"Oh my god that means you're first then! And close to the entrance" Sofi said brightly.

"I know, I'm just so lucky" I said quickly rubbing her hair.

We arrived home and Sofi announced she had some homework to get done and disappeared into her room.

My parents weren't home from work yet. They are architects. They design the most beautiful and abstract buildings. Mostly houses for rich people, and buildings for massive company's. They earn loads of money for it. It's surprising how much money they get for designing something.

It's now 4 o'clock and its 1 hour until I was supposed to meet Lauren. But I doubt she will even be there to meet me. This can't continue, I want it too, but Lauren wont. This is her life, being a teacher.

And as if she could read my mind I receive a text from her.

Lauren- Hey, can we meet at the pub please. We need to talk about everything.

I replied quickly.

Me- Sure, 5pm still?

Lauren- Ok.

Ok? That was a little blunt. She may as well have put 'k'. God sake. She's going to hate me and get me to move class.

Fuck.
