I go back in the car and jack wakes up
"Did you find it?" He asks
"Nope"
"Well what do I do"
"Hold on"
I call my mom
"Hey where are you" she says
"Jacks house his family went on vacation and locked the house so he can't go in. I was calling to ask you for advice. Like what should he do"
"I mean he could stay here." She says
"Wait what"
"Yeah I mean we have an extra room."
"Are you sure you wouldn't mind"
"Oh yeah. I mean I have to go on a work trip tomorrow till Friday so I wouldn't really see him much"
"Okay great well I'll be home soon"
"Okay see you soon"
I hang up
"Okay so my mom said you can stay at my house. But only if you stop this whiny attitude." I say
He starts laughing
"Why are you laughing" I ask
"You sound like my mom"
"Well you sound like a child"
"Wow"
I start driving back home
When we get home I look over to him and he sleeping
"Seriously Jacks it's been like 5 minutes how did you fall asleep" I say waking him up
"I told you I was tired. Oh and I just realized this is the first time I've ever been at your house"
"Well welcome" I say helping him get in the car
We go up to my house and we go in
"Hey I'm back." I say walking in
"Hey." My mom yells
She walks near us
"Hi Jack" she says
"Hi" he says holding out his hand
"Nice to meet you. Well I have to go. My work just called they said they started it early" she says leaving
"Bye" I say
She leaves the house
Once she leaves I show Jack around my house.
