It was another night in the studio. I was rolling the lever on the projector, the light flashing onto the dim screen; I decided to work late for some extra credit from Mr. Drew, plus my old friend was there to help out. Norman came in the room holding a clipboard, checking stuff off. "Alright, everything seems to be in tip-top shape," he looked up from the clipboard, looking at me. "Are you almost done rolling the tape?" I turned to him, a bright smile on my face. "I'm just about done. We can close up for tonight."

Norman nodded and attached the black pen at the top of the clipboard, then set it on a table. He walked over to you, and put his hand on your shoulder, then slowly started rubbing your back. He grinned widely. You felt a weird chill down your spine. He always made you feel uncomfortable at times, but you didn't mind since y'all were so close. You just gotten used to it after so many years. "Then let's get going. We drove together, should we go to your house or mine?" I looked up at him. "I wouldn't mind us going to my house," I said, walking past him and leaving the room. He following behind you.

The two went out into the parking lot. It was chilly outside, midnight spread along the horizon. Norman grabbed his car keys from his pocket and search for his parked car. Once he found his car, he called out your name. "Y/N, found it!" You jogged towards him, the car was a bright red shiny Bugatti, Norman's car was quite old but always looked brand new; since he was always putting time into it. Norman opened the door for you as you got in and buckled up. He closed the door, then went to the other side and went in, buckling up. He locked the cars, rolled down the windows, and started the engine. "I had fun working with you tonight," he said, pulling out of the drive way. He was looking back at the end of the car as he was trying not to crash into any other cars. Your eyes lit up, you started to blush. "Oh?" you said questionably, looking out the window. Norman huffs, smiling slightly. Once he got out of the driveway he started driving. He kept his eyes on the road. "Yeah, I always have fun with you. It wish it could last forever."

Your face felt hot, you didn't look his way because you didn't want him to see you like this. It was obviously shown he had feelings for you. As how creepy and weird we was in the studio, he only acted so slightly romantic and flirty with you. It made your friendship bond much stronger. It was so generous that he chose you, out of all the women in the studio. "I enjoy spending time with you," you slowly said, sounding as if you didn't know what to say. Norman has been married only once in his entire life, but she had died from extreme illness, in his young 20's; who was also his girlfriend from freshman-senior years in Highschool. You on the other hand, never had love besides have a long freshman-senior relationship in Highschool. He ended up cheated on you and even gave you verbal emotional abuse. Even thought their first love ended horribly, a second time is always a great new experience.

They arrived at your house. A medium-sized wooden cottage, very nature-like. Simple and pure, showing out your personality. Norman parked his car in your driveway and you both got out of the car. He closed the doors, rolled up the windows, and locked them before entering your in house. You followed behind him.

He closed the front door behind you. After you two took showers and put on your pajamas, the two of you lay on the bed in your bedroom and turned on the TV. You set the remote by your nightstand, then looked up at him. He smiled slightly and blushed deeply. Norman wrapped his arm around you and the two of you snuggled up until ya'll fell asleep. My Norman... I thought to myself.
