9: the gift

(A week later)

♡◇Mikoto/yn pov♡◇
Yn: "yn" the "boss" says taking me out of my trance. Of course when I stare out a window I go in a trance, it's worse when it rains, which it is raining.
"Yes?" I said rubbing my head while turning to look at him.

He's holding a wide white box with a big red bow one it. It reminded me of Mikoto's hair. Ugh that hair, what I would give to grip it, run my fingers through it or just stare at it.

"What is it?"
I raised an eyebrow, he never got me anything before.

"Open it" he smiles with excitement.

I lift up the lid off the box and set it on the floor, I unfold the white tissue paper to reveal a white dress. I pull the dress out to get a better look and it is long. It has spaghetti straps, slits on each side that came up to the middle of the thigh; the slits were covered with a beautiful pattern of lace.

I turn the dress around to look at the back. The whole entire back part is covered in lace. The butt part and lower was just plain white. I have to admit it is beautiful.

"It's beautiful" I say shocked putting it back in the box.
"I knee you like it" he says handing me the box smiling ear to ear like a creep.

I look at the dress, frowning at it. Out of know where the "boss" puts his hand on my head pulling it in, to kiss the side of my head. He pats my back an walks away, I looked at his back with a 'what the hell' face.

"This is weird"

Mikoto: I layed on the couch with my arm covering my eyes, and my leg dangling off the couch; sleeping like always.

BAM

I hear a loud banging noise coming from the bar area. I lift my arm off my eyes slightly to see the noise. Kusanagi smiling at me, I see Anna standing in front of me with her usual facial expression...blank, and Tatara smiling like and idiot with a pot an a large spoon.

"Wakey wakey" Tatara is just standing there smiling like a fool. I grumble in response and go back to sleep. Then I feel a smack on my stomach, I look to see who is the culprit is. My eyes immediately meet Anna's.

"Did you just slap me?" I asked raising an eyebrow. She just blinked at me. "I'm going to assume yes. Alright I'm up" I say getting up.

"Do we have to go to this party?" Yata yawned out.
"We've been invited, so it would be pretty rude if we didn't show up" Kusanagi says hitting Yata on the back of the head.

Yn: I was standing there at the window, just looking at the rain poor down, but then I realized I forgot to tell them what time to come. So I grabbed my shoes putting them trying not to fall and grabbed my jacket an ran out the doors to HOMRA.

I don't know how many times i almost slipped. I even almost ran into people. Like what the fuck people it's raining, which means we move just a little faster.

♡Mikoto pov♡
"Yeah Yata he's right it would be rude to turn down all that food" Rikio says heavily breathing while eat chips. Yata just looked at him with a questioned but disgusted face.
"Wait a second what times the party?" Tatara asked frantically.

We all looked at each other confused.

As if on cue yn came running through the bar panting.

She was all soaking wet.
