First Impressions

PROLOGUE:

CHAPTER ONE...

"Ring , Ring ,Ring" rang the alarm in the morning. "ugh great just the day I've been waiting for !" complained Silver as she woke up. My name is Silver Vazquez, as dramatic as my name is I was far from being it. I wasn't what you called "Popular" and I wasn't associated with the "Nerds" I was just right, not too cool but not too dorky. I go to Northern east high school in Beverly Hills. Its my first day of my Senior year I couldn't wait! I was excited for the new friendships, enemies and the best of all romances! During the summer my appearance changed for the better I would say, my caramel tone had a slight golden glow to it from natural tan, my curly jet black hair stopped right at my shoulders going perfect with my petite form at 5'4 I wasn't anorexic skinny but wasn't fat, It was the right body, my eyes were big and were a dark brown with median lips with an oval face with a sharp jaw line, I was pretty much your normal Dominican 17 year old, being from New York, you could say I had the "Tough Girl" act going for me.

As I hurried up and got up and ran into the shower already knowing what to wear. As I ran back into my room and untangled my hair I settled on khaki shorts with a white tank top with a denim jacket and a pair of floral print wedges I matched it with some black studs and a simple Tiffany necklace that my best friend Sarah got me as a gift when I turned 17. I put some products on my hair and decided on letting it air dry naturally and put on a little bit of foundation, a little bit of bronzer to make my face glow, some mascara and eyeliner on my top lids with a neutral pink shade of lipstick. I glanced at myself in my mirror "ahh perfect" I smiled to myself as I answered my phone "hey girlll get your butt out I'm here alreaddyyyy!!" I smiled as Sarah beeped the horn outside of my house. Sarah has been my friend since I moved to LA a couple years ago! She was already 18 years old. She was gorgeous with her black long wavy hair with full lips and big black eyes that always beamed which matched perfectly with her energetic personality. What could I say we fit together perfectly, everyone always agreed that she was the nicer one out of the two of us, as for me I was always the one who was known to be the more "feisty or Blunt" of the two, we were inseparable, you could never see us on our own we even applied to New York university and we both got accepted!

"mom I'm leaving bye love you" I shouted as I ran down the stairs into the kitchen to grab an apple and ran out the door.

"Took you long enough" shouted Sarah as I got into her car.

"oh shut up" I said as I rolled my eyes at her and we both bursted into laughter. On our way to school we were singing our lungs out to 'We are Young' by Fun as we pulled up into the school parking. We hurried up and got out the car and hugged each other as we went to meet our group of friends who were already waiting for us.

"Hey gurlsss" shouted Sarah obnoxiously to them which earned us a few glances from people around us. "Heyyaaa dollies" called Tye who was a good friend of ours. As we walked into the school Sarah whispered to me "Looks like someone is grabbing some attention" as she gave me a smirk and looked at the group of guys that were staring at me. "oh shut up Sarah" I said as I rolled my eyes and gave them the fingers which made some of them look away in shock. "Silver can't you appreciate that guys notice you" said Tye as she laughed at my response to getting noticed

"Tye you should know by now Silver wants nothing to do with guys" said Sarah as she shook her head my way. "What!? We all know that all they want is to get into my pants which is not happening any time soon" I responded defensively as Sarah and Tye both laughed. We all went our separate ways when the alarm rang and we went to homeroom. As I entered the room I noticed a couple guys glancing my way as I walked past them and sat at my seat. The next thing I notice was a figure standing right next to me as I looked up I noticed it was Tyler he was known as the bad boy of the school which earned him many girls to fall for him he was about 6'2 his hair was cut short he was extremely attractive with his muscular body which was from playing football and wrestling he had the perfect nose and full lips and dark green eyes that stood out with his summer tan.

"hey gorgeous" Tyler said as he sat down on the seat next to me.

"Back off before I bust your nuts" I snarled without bothering to glance his way.

He laughed as he said "you should know by now I'm not backing off your my hot Latina"as he said that he stood up winking at me. Ugh I moaned to myself in disgust as he sat across from me with a grin on his face looking my way. As the bell rang I hurried up and pushed past everyone and went through all my periods and walked into my last class before lunch period. As i walked through the hallways Sarah came rushing up to me.

"Silver!!" she yelled overly excited which made me realize how obnoxious she could be. 

"Yes thats my name don't wear it out" I said as Sarah rolled her eyes at my sarcasm 

"smart ass, but not the point theirs this really hot new guy silv!" she said grinning from ear to ear. 

" Sarah their only a matter of time before some school slut practically takes off his pants" I saidG earning me a glare from Sarah.  

"trust me Silver he is gorgeous and he's from New York too!!" She said as we walked and I looked forward running right into a brick chest trying to regain my balance and grab my book that fell to the ground with the impact. 

"shit I'm sorry I was looking at my schedule' the voice said  

"well ass hole you could at least watch where your going" I snarled while fixing my shirt  

"well I said I'm sorry theirs no need for the attitude" he growled back "shit you could fit right in New york" he mumbled more to himself. As I finished fixing myself I finally looked up for the first time looking straight into a pair of deep blue eyes and letting out a gasp as his eyes widen in shock. 

"Aaron" I said more in a whisper while at the same time he said "Silver" matching my tone to perfection.  

Great I just bumped into my past....Literally. GREAT JUST GREAT
