It was just me and Silver now in my mustang I could tell by the movement from her chest she was nervous. It reminded me of when we were sitting in the pizzeria how the chicks would just stare at me and give Silver the death stare when they saw she was sitting next to me. It was funny because I knew Silver could easily take them down since she did boxing back in the city with me but I doubt she still did it since I'm pretty sure she wanted to leave everything that reminded her of her past...including me.

As much as I wanted to seem unfazed about her not wanting anything to do with me it bothered me and I could understand if it bothered me just a little bit but it was something more to it that I couldn't get my hands on, just thinking about the fact that Silver didn't want anything to do with me it made my chest tighten. As much as I want to say it would be easy for me to let Silver go I can't its just something inside of me can't be okay with the idea of her giving her heart to some guy who isn't worthy of it. And now she was sitting in my car next to me, just us no one else for the first time in two years I felt my heart quicken at the thought of her just being inches away from me when about a 3 months ago she was all the way across the country. I could smell her, she smelled of strawberry crème I knew it because before that was her favorite perfume, I guess that part of her hasn't changed, which was good I knew that Silver but the one sitting next to me was mysterious and full of secrets this Silver was nervous and unsure with me before she was so comfortable around me that she would fall asleep in my arms but now she was tense and I didn't like it one bit. When I first met Silver it was in boxing, I remembered looking down and feeling someone bump into me and I looked up quick enough to grab the person that was falling and when she looked up I saw her big brown eyes and my heart skipped a beat and she smiled at me, God when she smiled I couldn't believe her beauty, and since then we were inseperable. I chuckled at the memory which made Silver look at me with curious eyes.

“why are you laughing?” she asked, her voice sincere and full of curiosity that made her sound so sweet and gentle that it took everything within me not to ask her to say it again.

“um nothing just remembering the day we met in the boxing gym” I said with a smile and glanced at her to see her smiling in deep thought as if remembering the day.

“yeah I remember” she said smiling as she turned towards me looking me straight in the eyes sending shivers throughout my body.

“I'm sorry Silver” I said knowing that I was the reason she left and came here. I turned into her drive way and stared at her making sure she knew I was sincere as I looked at her I saw her eyes flicker with pain and sadness and she looked away in shame and it broke my heart as I saw a tear run down her face.

“its okay” she croaked turning away for me, wanting to see her face I placed both my hand on each side of her face and turned her towards me so that we were inches away.

“Silver tell me what happened that night” I said remembering the night when she told me she hated me, my chest tighten at the memory making me shudder.

-------------------------------------------FLASH BACK-----------------------------------------------------------

It was on a Saturday and it was Adams party and pretty much everyone was invited I was so excited, all the party's Adam throws its a big ass deal and I guess you can say only the cool kids go I know it sounds shallow but it was the truth, at the time me and Silver were perfect I was going to ask her out that day so I invited her to come with me I was surprised she said yes because she's the kind of girl that s secretive and what not, thats what made me pursuit her in the first place because she wasn't like the other girls, she didn't crave attention she wore perfect clothes that made her look good not like the other girls who wore skirts that were so short that it didn't leave much for the imagination. But Silver she respected herself and I loved that about her, it didn't take much for me to fall for her and I wanted everyone to know that she was mine not anyone else.
