Chapter 17

Before me, Wendy and Juvia knew it three months had passed by and they were now eight months pregnant. Wendy and Juvia had Eve and Lyon move into their rooms in our home. I didn't mind at all after all, Wendy, Juvia and I still had our days together where we kicked the boys out of the house just to have some time to ourselves like sisters. Not only was Rouge mainly staying in our house but so were Sting and Minerva, both were now dating finally after the tenth date and me and Rouge were going well.
"Hey Lu, how are you feeling today?" Rouge questioned and I looked up from the couch I was sitting on and smiled at him.
"Good well not good, my back is sore, my feet hurt, the baby is kicking a lot and I haven't got much sleep" I complained and he chuckled before sitting down behind me and gently starting to rub my shoulders.
"You okay Lulu?" Minerva worriedly asked as she and Sting sat on the loveseat curled up together.
"Yeah don't worry we are still having our movie marathon" I said and they nodded. Wendy and Juvia had decided to head to the guild for the night to have some catch up time with the guild members and I knew that Juvia wanted to ask Gajeel to be godfather but wasn't sure about godmother yet and Wendy was asking Evergreen and surprisingly Laxus. I had in mind to ask Minerva and Sting they would be perfect for godparents I just hadn't gotten around to it yet. Both me and Rouge both thought the same thing and I had actually asked Rouge to adopt the baby when the baby was born and he made me happy when we replied that he would love it. 

"You okay Lulu? I mean you have been moving around for a while?" Sting asked, looking at me as I moved again and lightning struck since it had started pouring down.
"Yeah don't worry just can't seem to get comfortable, don't worry about me" I reassured them just as the power and lights went out.
"Where are the candles? Lu don't try to get up, Sting can you light your hand or something?" Rouge demanded making me and Minerva giggle while Sting I knew rolled his eyes and then the room lit up a little.
"You put Frosch and Lector in bed, I will get the candles guess our movie night is over. By the looks of the rain the girls will be staying at the guild" I said before heading to the kitchen and opening the over head cupboard after I had grabbed a torch from the lounge room draw. Just as I grabbed the candles I gave a yelp as a sharp pain went threw my stomach and I gasped and held my stomach.
"What is it?" all three of them asked as they scrambled into the kitchen.
"Must have been a false contraction sorrr....AH" I said as another pain went through me and I felt something so I looked down.
"......Rouge" I said.
"Yeah?" Rouge asked, his eyes wide.
"My water just broke" I told them and their eyes widened in shock.
"Right....Right Minerva are you okay to get to the guild? We need Wendy here, Sting head to Lucy's room, clean the bed off and put clean sheets on it" Rouge ordered and they both nodded Minerva rushing to the door and heading off.
"Princess are you okay?" a familiar voice asked and I looked to see Virgo there.
"Virgo right, can you get some hot water, some towels and a bowl of cool water?" Rouge requested and she nodded as I started up the stairs with Rouge's help. 

Third person POV 

"AH" Lucy screamed in agony not for the first time as another contraction went through her body and Rouge gently wiped her brow with a cool washer. It had been a few hours since her water had broken and her contractions were getting closer together.
"Lucy I don't think Wendy is going to get here in time, I don't know much but if you want you baby to survive Virgo says that it is time to push. She can't deliever the baby so would you be alright if I helped?" Sting asked  looking at me frantic.
"Gods yes please, please Sting. Please my baby" Lucy sobbed and Sting nodded.
"Don't worry Lucy, nothing is going to happen. Now on the next contraction I want you to grip Rouge's hand as tight as you can and give me a big push okay" Sting said and Lucy nodded.
"Oh it's coming" Lucy declared and Rouge kissed her hand.
"Come on Lucy, push" Sting called out and Lucy cried out and pushed. 

After more contractions and pushing, Rouge's hand was throbbing but he was still holding Lucy's trying to encourage her to keep going. 
"Come on Lucy, that's it one more, just one more and the baby is out. Come on give me a big push" Sting yelled and Lucy threw her head back with a harsh cry and pushed with all her might. Everything went silent until the silence was broken by a loud wail making Lucy blink exhaustedly.
"I will clean the baby" Virgo said, holding out her hands with a towel and Sting nodded, handing the baby over.
"You can hold him as soon as the afterbirth is delivered, congratulations you have a son" Sting congratulated and Lucy smiled tiredly tears in her eyes from happiness and even Rouge had tears in his eyes.
"Ah what" Lucy gasped confused as another contraction hit and Sting blinked a little.
"Um ah Lucy you're having twins on the next contractions you need to push again for me again" Sting ordered and Lucy sobbed. 
'I can't do this it's too much I am exhausted I can't keep going, please let me rest' thought Lucy tiredly.
"Come on Lucy, you can do this you can do it" Rouge encouraged and Lucy nodded even as tears trickled down her face and she once again began to push on contractions. Thankfully the baby came sooner than their brother. 

"Congratulations it is a little baby girl" Sting smiled, handing the baby that was red and squirming to Lucy and Virgo gently placed the boy in her arms as they wiggled and cried unhappy at the world.
"Look at them.....They are perfect" Lucy whispered tracing her little boy's nose.
"They are perfect and strong just like there Mama" Rouge whispered kissing Lucy's head not caring about the sweat. He looked down at the two babies with a soft smile before he took the baby girl to help wash her up while Lucy feed the boy not even realising when Sting safely delievered the after birth.
"Oh Lucy we are so sorry, we tried a magic car to be here faster but then the road was closed because of a large tree so we had to walk here and me and Juvia aren't very fast.....Look at them" Wendy whispered as they looked at Lucy who was now feeding the girl while Rouge was sitting on the now cleaned bed next to her rocking the boy who was nearly asleep.
"Wendy, Juvia, Eve, Lyon, Minerva I want you to me our son Weiss Sting Heartfeilia and his little sister Skia Layla Heartfeilia" Lucy introduced and they looked at them. Weiss even though he was just born looked very much like his Mama with light blonde hair only a little and baby blue eyes that were sure to change as he got older. Skia while she had her mothers facial features so far, she had dark blonde hair and some pink on it and baby blue eyes as well.
"Are you sure? I mean"  Sting stuttered looking shocked but he had tears in his eyes.
"Yes you helped me Sting, without you and Rouge here I would have been all alone and my babies would never have been born and Layla for my mother of course" Lucy explained exhaustedly and he nodded as Minerva gently squeezed his hand as he was emotional.
"I will check you over Lucy and then after they had fed you should get some rest" Wendy suggested and she nodded.
"I want to talk to Minerva and Sting first" Lucy said and they both shrugged and nodded.
"Come on you need to get some sleep as well" Lyon said as he led girlfriend off to bed while Rouge, Sting and Minerva went to get the bassenette from Lucy's nursery and with permission the one from Juvia's until tomorrow when they woudl buy another one. Eve went to get the bed ready for Wendy with Charla going to make sure Frosch and Lector were okay since when they were woken up were sent to the lounge room. When they got back Wendy gave the all clear and gave Sting a good job before she headed to bed with Charla following and then all that was left was Lucy, Rouge, Minerva and Sting. 

"What do you need, Lulu? You look ready to drop" Minerva noted and Lucy nodded.
"Me and Rouge were talking about it and we would like you to be come the godparents for Weiss we will have to think on our little surprise's godparents" Lucy explained and they looked shocked and then teared up.
"Oh Lucy we would....We would" Minerva whispered trying to get it out but she was choking up.
"We would love to thank you" Sting said looking about ready to cry as well and they nodded grateful.
"Now the spare room is there use it Lu needs to sleep" Rouge reminded and they nodded. Once they left Rouge gently took Weiss and put him in the bassenette and then Skia as they were both asleep and Frosch came and feel asleep on the pillow place above Lucy and Rouge's head just for him.
"May I ask what made you think about Weiss and Skia?" Rouge asked.
"Weiss for Weisslogia and Skia for Skiadrum'' Lucy whispered and that was all she got out as she fell asleep. Rouge smiled gently at her before gently kissing Lucy's forehead and gently hugging her, being careful not to hurt her.
