A little while after helping Ms Louis in the kitchen, we had finally done the dishes and made dessert. Apparently dessert was a tradition in this family, I was gonna have to get use to the thought of getting fat. Ms Louis and I had made cheesecake and apple pie, I brought both out and placed them on the table, I set the table once again and started cutting the dessert up.

"Luna honey, thank you for your help but I got it from here." Ms Louis said and gave me a small smile. "How about you head up to Xavier's room and get the boys, I'm sure they are more then ready for dessert" Ms Louis said while smiling.

I gave her a small nod and headed up the stairs, I didn't need to know which room was his, only because I was now traumatised. Once I had reached Xavier's door, I gave it a quick knock and waited for a answer, I was not barging in again, only for the sake of my mentalty.

"Come in" I heard one of the boys voices for earlier call out.

I twisted the door handle and pushed the door to open, I saw three of the boys on the floor playing some video game and the other boy and Xavier sitting on his bed. I stood in the door way and waited for the to notice me. One of the boys looked up and gave me a small wave and then nudged the boy next to him.

"Hey it's you again" One of the boys said and Xavier looked up at me with a frown.

"Lu what's up" Xavier asked with a bored look on his face.

"Well dessert's ready, I thought I would come and tell you all, before I ate it" I said and turned around but then Xavier grabbed my arm, when did he even move off of his bed?

"Hey Lu I know that wasn't exactly the welcoming you wanted from me but I am happy to see you again" Xavier said while letting go of my arm but kept eye contact.

"Well good thing I don't want anyting from you" I replied and continued downstairs.

"Hey Ms Louis" I called out and she came around the corner.

"Yes dear" She asked.

"Um, I'm not really that hungry" I told her and smiled.

"That's okay dear, I'll put some away for you, for tomorrow" She said and turned back around and started humming a song.

I went back up stairs and passed the boys as they headed downstairs, I keep my eyes forward and ignored their questioning stares. I reached my room and closed the door behind me, I fell onto my bed face first and let out a big sigh. I rolled over, so that I was now on my back, I grabbed my phone and started looking at all my social media, liking all the photos down my instagram and commenting on a few here and there. By the time I was done, I hadn't realised that It was past 10 at night. I pulled myself up and grabbed some shower supplies, along with my clothes as I stepped out of my room.

I had left my door open just a crack, so that I didn't bother anyone with the bang of my door closing. I then tip toed down the hallway and looked down at my phone as I walked and ended running into a wall.

Rubbing my nose I looked up and was meet with Xavier's deep blue eyes and his smirk that he just can't seem to get rid off.

"Whoa their LuLu, whats the hurry" He whisered and smiled.

"Um, I need to pee and have a shower" I whispered back with a bored expression.

Xavier huffed and looked to the side, as if he was thinking about something but then he turned back towards me with a frown.

"Your not the same LuLu I remember" He continued to whisper but leaning a little more towards me now.

"You do realise that we last saw each other since grade three right?" I questioned and looked up at Xavier as if he was dumb.

"Also you really need to to look in a mirror because you arn't exactly the same perosn I knew either" I added and huffed while pushing past Xavier.

I was stopped when Xavier's hand wraped around my arm and pulled me back, I looked up at him and his eyes capture me once again. He searched my eyes, as if he was looking for something but then put his head down like he couldn't find what he was looking for. I went to pull my arm away but then Xavier pulled me closer and rested his forehead against mine.

"LuLu, I am really sorry about your mom and Mrs Thompson" Xavier whispered.

He pulled away and kissed my forehead before letting me go and head towards his room. I stood their in complete shock, I then let out a breathe I didn't know I was holding and gave Xavier one last look before he entered his room, I then realised that he was just wearing a towel around his waist and nothing else. My face hearted up and I hurried into the room that had a light still on, looking around I noticed that it was a bathroom and letting out a sigh of relief and victory, I set my stuff down and hopped into the shower, letting all of the embaressment and confusion wash away.

Once I had made my way into my room I placed my dirty clothes in the hamer that was sitting in my closet and jumped into bed, making sure that all seven of my alarms were set for the next day. By the time I was tucked into bed and all the lights were out a storm had started outside and I pulled myself under the covers, cringing at every sound of thunder. I closed my eyes and took in a big breathe of air, it was going to be long night if that storm didn't ease up. I peeked out of my covers and looked at the window just as lighting stuck and then followed the sound of thunder, I hid back under the covers and cuddled myself while letting myself slip deeper into the blankets and pillows, while I sliently prayed that the night would quickly turn to morning very soon.

I peeked out of my covers and looked at the window just as lighting stuck and then followed the sound of thunder, I hid back under the covers and cuddled myself while letting myself slip deeper into the blankets and pillows, while I sliently pray...
