It had been a couple of days since both Xavier and I had gotten grounded and It has been the absolute worse but at the same time I guess I did need it considering that I had a ton of homework and classwork to catch up on. I was currently sitting down at the bench in the kitchen when Ms Louis walks in and sits down beside me.
"How are you holdig up" Ms Louis asks and I turn to look at her.
"I am doing okay, the work is hard but I think I can manage" I replie and Ms Louis smiles.
"You know why I ended up grounding Xavier and you, right?" Ms Louis asks and I nod my head.
"Of course I do, Ms Thompson would have told me off a lot worse then you did if I skipped school under her care" I explained and Ms Louis looks away from me nodding.
"Are you counting down the days till Summer break" She asks while changing the subject.
"About that I was meaning to ask you something" I ask catching Ms Louis's attention.
"Sure honey, what is it" She replies and I take a deep breathe in.
"I was wondering if I can go back to my home town for them two weeks" I ask and Ms Louis just smiles.
"Of course hun, I was going to ask if you wanted to" She says and I quickly pull Ms Louis into a hug, which she returns.
"What is happening" a voice says coming from the doorway and as we pull apart, I look over to see Xavier standing there with a eyebrow raised, smirk on his lips and completely covered in sweat. I roll my eyes and turn back to Ms Louis who has turned to me with a big smile on her lips.
"Maybe you could take Xavier with" She says and walks out of the room, leaving just Xavier and I to stare at each other.
"Where are we going" Xavier asks while walking to the fridge and opening it.
"How was practice?" I ask and he just shakes his head.
"Don't even try to change the subject Lulu" Xavier replies while pulling out two cans of lemonade and passing me one.
"Thanks" Is all I say back and Xavier just gives me a look as if I was the dumbest person in the world and I huffed.
"I asked your mom if I could go back to my home town for the summer break" I say and he stops in his tracks.
"Want to come with" I add and he turns to look at me again.
"You want me to come with" He asks and I shrug.
"It was your home town too at one stage" I say and he walks around the bench to pull me into a hug.
"I would love to Lulu" Xavier whispers into the crook of my neck and his breathe makes me shiver a little bit.
A cough seems to break us apart and we turn to see the boys, Joey, Dawn and Leslie. I gave them all a confused look and Joey wiggling her eyebrows makes me pull away from Xavier and roll my eyes at her.
"What are you doing here Leslie" Xavier asks.
We all turn to look at her but her gaze seems to be on me and I give her a bored look and grab Joeys hand pulling her into the lounge room. Dawn follows us and stands at the doorway, I look at her and she just stands there as if asking for permission, Dawn and I had been tip toeing around each other. I give her a nod as if for her to come in and take a seat, the boys follow shortly after.
"So, you and Xavier" Tyler's voice echos in the room and eveyone turns to me.
"Nope, just friends" I replied while staring at the TV.
"Sure you are, that isn't what it looked like in there" Tyler adds and everyone nods, giving me confirmation that everyone here thought that we were more.
"Then what is he doing with Leslie in his room" I add and eveyone kind of looks away and as if on cue Xavier walks into the room, without Leslie.
"Sorry guys I had to get rid of her" Xavier says an everyone looks at me with a smirk on my face.
"What did I miss" Xavier asks, as he looks around the room at everyone.
"We hugged and they assume we are more than friends" I say and Xavier just frowns.
"Guys drop it we aren't like that, we were talking about her and I going back to her hometown for summer break" Xavier adds onto what I said and everyone nods while Dawn stiffens.
"Hey Lulu?" Xavier asks and I turn to look at him.
"Yes Xavier?" I replie and Xavier comes over to sit on my lap.
"What the hell Xavier your fat get off" I shout and he pouts.
"It's all muscle baby" He says while smirking.
"Your all sweaty" I give him a pointed look and he gets off with a huff.
"I was wondering, what if we made it like a group holiday" Xavier asks and we all look at him.
"We have like no money for a hotel" Josh says and I roll my eyes.
"I don't mind at all, plus I have a house there so we can all stay in" I say and Josh just smiles and nods.
"Than I'm down" Josh says and everyone agrees except Dawn.
"How about it Dawn" I ask and everyone looks at me and her as if we were a ticking bomb.
"what" She says and I just smile at her.
"Want to go back home" I ask and she looked at me shocked.
"We can check on to greenhouse and show these gusy all the cool spots" I add and Dawn smiles at me and nods her head.
"I would love too" she says and we smile at eachother.
"Well now that, that is sorted" Tyler says and we look at him.
"We will have like a month and a half till that happens" Tyler adds and we all groan.
That only thought I had on my mind was that I really needed this vacation to work and for nothing bad to happen but what I didn't know was that I was in for one hell of a terrible surprise.
