Why didn’t I listen to her words, those words she spoke when we went to the manor? Maybe just maybe if I had listened, if I did what she asked of me then perhaps none of those morbid deaths would have happened. I can still remember it clear as day, the sound of the wolf howling in the fog coated forest, the things that slipped passed me when I should have paid more heed to the things around me, her death, and the deaths of others, all stain my memory to the point of never forgetting no matter how hard I would try I would never be able to forget.
