I'm working on a werewolf story in draft and I'm curious if it sounds good to you guys and if you'd read it. Let me know what you guys think. Here's the description:
Shelby Jax was an average member of his pack. He never really fit in, being pretty well the only submissive guy in the pack, not that anyone really knew. When he turned 16 he went to the pack house and was rejected by his mate, who somehow forgot the several months she already knew, it made his life shit. His sanity is lacking and can be described as batshit crazy and broken. He does gain a power that most werewolves dream of, and one that alphas fight over. One year later his used to be mate notices a spectacular wolf that she believes to be her real mate. Unfortunately for Shelby, they are. Once identity is made known she tries to win him back, and she has until his next birthday to do so. After all that is when he plans on switching packs.
