everybody was dissipating, turning to nothing but ash. you began feeling uneasy. your hand reached out to tony's arm.
"babe," you gasped.
"no, (y/n)," he yelled. "(y/n), please!"
"tony stark," you smiled sadly. "i love you. don't forget about me."
you began turning to ash. tears started flowing down tony's cheeks. his hands tried to grab on to you, but you were already dissolving.
at last, you were gone. he sat down on a rock next to nebula, gamora's sister. he sighed and put his hands on his head– his hands, which were covered in you.
"i'll get you back, (y/n)," he whispered. "i promise."
