Carlos's POV:

"This is impossible!" Ben screams out of frustration as we all crowd the table set up with potions and ingredients and multiple spell books and potion books scattered.

"It's not impossible. We just have to try harder." Evie stated trying to remain hopeful and keep positivity despite our situation.

"I kinda agree with Ben at this point now." Jay admitted.

I sighed I was growing tired and weary and starting to loose hope but I love Destiny and I can't leave her there in that dreadful place. She has been there for too long  it's going to be a month this Friday. I need her in my life I miss her so much, but I'm running out of ideas.

"Carlos I thought you said the jewel dust would work." Ben said bringing his brows close together showing me his frustration and annoyance.

"I thought it would. It should have worked. I don't understand what went wrong. But hey at least I'm trying and not waiting for someone to do something. Like some people." I stated obviously annoyed with his negative attitude

"And what's that suppose to mean?" He challenged

"Oh nothing just that you're a prince...oh wait king, and you never worked for anything and you just wait around till you have what you need in your hand." I shouted.

"Never worked anything? Last time I checked the only reason why your here is because I worked and fought for you to have a chance." Ben shouted as a response.

I sighed and remembered that he was true. I'm just getting so tired and annoyed with his negativity and I'm honestly getting tired of working for Ben and doing all the work and trying to find all the solutions.

Rubbing my hands over my face out of realization I answer "You're right. I'm sorry." I apologized sincerely meaning it.

"It's fine listen I'm going to run to my meeting." Ben said pecking Mal on the lips.

"And what's this meeting about?" Mal asked

"Destiny. Still trying to see if anyone has information on how to get her back and well if the council comes to a decision then well we are going to plan a final funeral." Ben explained getting quieter and sadder as he continued with his sentence.

"Wait funeral?" I asked

"The council doesn't think it's healthy to dwell on a lost person. They want a final funeral so the people can move on. Don't worry I'm going to fight for my sister. We won't stop looking." Ben said leaving the room with tears eyes forming.

"Guys...." I say Turing towards Mal,Jay and Evie. "How would you guys feel about breaking some rules?" I asked giving a sly smirk. I finally realized what needs to be done. But in order to do that I'm going to have to forget this Auradon me and go back to my roots and go back to the Isle me. It's all for Destiny she's worth it and I need her back. Each day that passes the more hope I loose. But with each day that passes my love for her grows stronger. I need her.
