Reya swung her head back and forth as she walked toward Central City High. She was jamming out to some new alternative hit. Anthing to forget life as it was. After Bruice and Alfred she couldnt take staying in Gotham... and definetly didnt wanna be stuck in the foster system in Gotham. She moved to CC were she now stayed with Barry and Iris, no way were the other wests gonna allow her to live with her boyfriend.

She felt arms wrap aroumd her from behind and jumped a bit before sinking back into the familiar warmth. "Wally" she said softly and happily. He was her favoirte distraction for the past 3 months, ever since... Bruice...

"You seemed to be really enjoying that song there" he said with a little giggle and she took out her headphones. "Eh its alright" she laughed turning around and wrapping her arms aroumd her loves neck. "So.. i hear Barry took away the TV" wally said twirling them around and walking backward so they moved toward the school doors. "H-he said i watched Gotham news to much" she said with a strain in her voice. Wally pit his forhead to hers making her heart skip a beat. "Rey... I dont know what to do. You know me im a science boy.. science doesnt help me save the girl i love from pain and it sucks. But im here i always will be." He said leaning down to kiss her.

The whistle blaired as the rule enforcing hall monitor looked upon the scene and taped the sign by the door saying no PDA. They both giggled and broke apart stepping into the school. The kids were chattering about something everyone seemed to be going crazy. "Yo Wallman did ya see" one of the students said as he ran up holding his phone.
On the phone was a video... so.e sort of news report aboit a monster in new mexico. "Dude ots probly fake if not the Heros will probly deal with it before it ever threatens us." Wally replyed calmy. "But dude they said it attacked and disappeared before renforcments could arrive... as if itd matter it destroyed the entore station. 15 officers in station killed." The kid just went on and on. "Dide they said the only survivor had to be rushed to a mental hoapital cause he just kept ranting about the song that it kept humming.... some sort of music box tune" he might of continued on but with those words reya was broke. He couldnt mean... that song could he. Her world spun and she felt dizzy as a tear ran down her cheek. "Dude just shut up ok!" Wally said in what sounded like a small argument that probly started the moment he siad the music box. "Yo Reya are you alright" the guy asked. Reya slipped back into the darkness and swayed breaking apart from wally and feelimg herself fall. Of course she was caught right away but thats the last thing she felt. She slipped out of consiousness. Not hearing wallys panniced callings of her name.

"What a pretty young girl.... to have to hide as a boy for so long what a shame..... but its ok you dont need to hide... you dont need to worry... all the pain will be gone Girl Wonder.... ill rip your heart right out and end all the suffering."
Reya shot up in the nurses bed.. that voice was it imagination... it was the music man. It had to have been a dream. But where was she. She looked around to spot a worried wally talking to the nurse begging to get a note to take her home. The nurse smiled at wallys comitment and wrote the note which made Reya smile. Hed walk her home... theyd both have an excused absense from school.... with barry and iris at work. "Alone time" she whispered to herself as she shuffled to a laying position where she was sorta sitting. "H-hey wally.. Nurse... ummm what happend?" She asked half honestly half to just let them know she was there.

"YOU scared the hell out of your boyfriend here. So bad ive been strong armed into writing you a pass to be excused for the day... writing both of you a pass." Nurse said with a smile as wally walked over and helped her up and took her hand ready to walk out. "Take good care of her wally!" The nurse said sternly with a small nistolgic laugh.

The moment they were out of the school wally picked her up and zoomed off. It didnt seem he was headed toward home yet though. They came to a stop at the lake and he set her down facing away from the lake before zooming away and back a few times then saying "turn". Now she must say she knows all girls say they have the best boyfriend ever but come on, this is like only in a story kinda sweet right here. She turned and her eyes watered a bit as she saw the beautiful blanket laid across the soft green grass with a wicker basket on too of it and two plates set out. "I was gonna bring some wine then remembered were only teens so yeah." He rubbed his neck in that neevous mannor as he always does. She tackled him in a hug and then rilled off sitting up. "Wally west you aure do know how to surprise a girl." She said looking in the basket and taking out her sandwhich. He had to be stalking her cause it was her favorite type of sandwhich... but then she remebered... holly crap she told him her fav sandwhich like 2 yeara ago how could.he still remeber.

They just sat there and snacked on the food watching the water. She was sat un his lap with her head laid back against his chest and one of his arms around her and the other holding his sandwich. "R-reya..." he said sounding nervous as ever... she could feel his heart beat slowly quickening over the past 5 minutes and could tell hed been thinking. "Yes wally" she replyed.

In this moment the past 3 months flashed in their heads... the first month she couldnt sleep without someone in the same room as her.. usually wally ofc. And in the second they went on 2 dates and became an offical couple. In the 3rd this one life was getting a bit better this being their 3rd date. All the times he held her the very many kisses they have shared since the first major one thay marked the start of their relationship a month prior. She was happy when with him. Best of all she knows bruice would be happy...

"Reya, I love you!" She froze... did he just... she turned her and looked into his eyes. "Reya i love you so damn much and i think i have for a while. I stuffed it diwn thinkingnit was weird cause i knew i wasnt gay but it was your personality i loved for the longest time i wished i met a girl veraion of you. When you revealed i was so shocked i didnt even realize my wiah came true. Rey.. you my baby girl my bird.. and i know for a fact after this time with you.... that i love you with all my heart." He was red as a tomato but scencere. She began ti cry and dived into his chest tumbling back on the blanket. "Wally i love you to so much" she held tight as his arms wrapped around her.
If only she knew what wally had in store for her though... shed knock him right upside the head.

"A man of shadow who plays with his music box" said the sharp voice of the new mexico monster.
"A creature of true horror that knows just as i do the box is something to be worshiped. You know the song as do i. It is the song we were played evey day in the dark." Rang the voice of the shadow man with a strange echo.
"WE DO NOT SPEAK OF THE DARKNESS. That is the song that once haunted us both now you use it to haunt others." The creature growled out.
"What brings you to this world" the shadow said.
"Its time" he said punching his sharp bony knuckles through the shadow. "And you are not a major player in the end game" the shadow man smiled before feeling his stomach get torn out. He collapsed. His foe liked to think him human. Thatll be its first mistake.
