Chapter 5

~SATURDAY~

I woke up to my phone beeping at me because my Twitter mentions were blowing up.

Finally I dragged myself off the couch flipped Riley off and went to my room to get ready.

I grabbed my towel and phone went into the bathroom, played my showering playlist, and took a shower. After I finished freshening up I did a light natural make up and put my hair in a side braid.

Walking back into my room I dropped my towel and put some undergarments on, then grabbed a pair of ripped jean shorts and a floral no sleeves crop top, with a white lace like thin cardigan. Then I got a text from Jack G.

Jack😍😏: Hey beautiful, wondering if I could stop by your place and give you something??

Nichole👅😍: Sure thing, see you soon. Xoxo❤️

I then pulled my hair out of the braid and my hair had a cute beach wave to it. Then I sprayed my favorite coconut breeze beach wave hair spray into my hair and crunched my hair a bit.

Five minutes after I had walked into the living room there was a knock at my apartment door. Riley answered it and it was Jack J.

"Hey Riley, I was wondering if you wanted to go out for lunch?" Jack had said rubbing the back of his neck.

"I would like that Jack, sure." Riley had replied, grabbing her bag and walking out to Jack's car. I then go up to shut the door and Jack G. pops up from around the corner and grabs me,I scream and he just laughs.

"Haha, poor baby," giving me a puppy dog look. "Did someone get scared?

"No I just you now stepped on a rock," I had spat out in a sassy way.

"Well okay Mrs.Brookes, I just wanted to give you this," he handed me a single daisy "it's something to say we are going on a date tonight. Remember to dress comfortable because it's not just going to be a movie." Jack then kisses my cheek and walks away backwards. "See you tonight beautiful." And then he was gone.

Did Jack really give me a rose?! I can't even function he is to sweet, I don't want to think about the downfall of this because my last relationship started like this and ended like crap, twice. I'm afraid to open up to much to Jack or anyone just Riley and my other friend Jessica, but she doesn't come around that often because she's off maried.

Anyways, my ex-boyfriend Jordan an I dated like twice he promised he would change and every time he would but then screw up but do something different, the first time we dated it was great a little long distance when he left to his dad's very so often and I would go occasionally but beside that he was hooking up with an old girl friend there, I soon found out about it when I went out to his dads with him and that whore came by and asked who I was and from there it escalated, I left the very next flight available and we broke up.

The second time was when we got back together and he promised not to do weed again and drink. Till I came home one night and saw my living room, kitchen, bedroom torn apart and seeing him about to jump off the balcony into the grass. I forgave him and then he ended having a party in my apartment and I found blunts lying around the apartment. I then got called up by the owner of the apartment complex and got kicked out. Once again we broke up and I couldn't date him or even try to change my feelings towards him.

After all that I didn't really want a relationship or anything after that. But just seeing Jack when he bumbled into me, sparked something in me and finally began to learn again.
