Running through the woods withe leaves crunching under my feet, I realized I was lost. I stopped dead in my tracks, and tried to figure it out. I knew who I was, who I was running from, and why, but I didn't know where I was running to. All was silent except for my heavy breathing.
But then the crows found me.
They were squawking sirens, telling them they had found me. I started running again, picking up my pace withe every stride. I kept running until I broke through into a clearing.
It was a trap.
There they were all lined up on the other side of the clearing. I stood there frozen, watching them wait for me to blink so they could move.
Just then, I saw everything, I saw my mistakes, what I did right, and most of all, who was behind this all. Daleks, I should have known. In that moment when I saw through it all, something snuck up behind me.
I felt a cold, hard touch on my left arm, but it was also smooth and gentle, as if knowing they could brake me . The Angels had touched me.
When I opened my eyes, I was back on 21st century London. Where I belonged yet didn't want to be. I had to find him, and tell him of the danger he left behind on Trenzelore.
And I had to find him quickly before time ran out.
