Those Summer Days: Chapter 2

Bridgets POV "You ready to go?" Harry asked as I walked out of my bathroom into my room. "I think so.." I said taking in a deep breath. "Can you believe we are really graduating?" he asked. "yes. I mean no. I don't know.. It's complicated. High school was rough for me, you know that, so I'm ready but at the same time it seems so sudden." I said. "Babe you know things have changed. People don't see you like that anymore. Were getting our diplomas then heading off to the Outer Banks!" Harry said with excitment in his voice. Our small group of friends,  Elenor, Elenor's boyfriend Louis, Danielle, her boyfriend Liam, Perrie, her boyfriend Zayn, Harry, Niall, Harry's best friends, and mel, were all going to my familie's beach house at the Outer Banks for 3 weeks after graduation. I was pretty excited but nervous. It was going to be the first time Harry and I's had ever been together for more than a day. I was kind of nervous that he would get tired of me, but then again if he has stayed with me for two years, I'm sure he won't mind spending a month with me. We went down stairs where we greeted his and my parents and had quick appatizers, then headed off to the ceremony. It was pretty quick but as soon as it was over I got a rush of excitement. It was over! High School was complete! And I was going to the Outerbanks with my closest friends. I was pretty excited. "This is going to be so much fun!" Elenor said to me as she got into my car. "Yea Bridge its going to be amazing." Danielle squealed. Elenor and Danielle were coming home with me and Harry, Liam, Niall, and Louis were going over to Harry's for a bit then meeting us at my place. Zayn and Perrrie had to do a dinner with thier families before meeting up with us. My family is kind of rich so we could leave whenever we wanted. We had a 30 acre estate with a private jet that was going to take us to the beach house. The house was on its own private island, so it was going to be pretty secluded. The three of us arrived at my place and we watched a movie while we were waiting for the guys to get here.

Harry's POV "This is gonna be great. We each have our own private bed rooms. That we share. With our girlfriends. If you know what I mean." Louis said. He was always pretty open about his sex life. Liam and Danielle have done it as well I believe but Bridge and I, we were waiting for the right moment. I loved her with all my heart, and "I'm pretty sure she loved me just as much as I love her, but after her freshmen prom disaster she hasn't been comfortable being physical. I guess she thought I was going to do the same to her, but I would never. I loved her to death. I really think she might be the one for me. Maybe by the end of this trip I'll have a fiance. Louis and Liam were jokin around and I was basically ignoring them, caught up with my own thoughts. "Harry? Are you listening?" Liam asked. "What sorry, I was just thinking about something." I responded. "I said, Do you think you and Bridget will, you know, seal the deal sometime on this vacatuon?" "I don't know man. I mean we love eachother, but I don't know if she's ready yet, and I don't want to pressure her or anything." I said. I wanted to have sex, but I want it to be special. "Wow somebody's whipped!" Niall said Jokingly. "No Seriously guys I've been thinking. I really love Bridge. I think she may be 'The One'. Do you think I should," I hesitated, "do you think I should ask her to marry me at the beach?" I let it out. I never imaginede asking my friends this on my graduation day, but then again I never imagined myself with a girl like Bridget. "Wow man, I knew you loved her but I didn't know you guys were that serious!" Louis said. "Yea man this is crazy. Your eighteen. Maybe you should hold off and think some more before you do this." Liam said. Niall just stood there shocked. "Yeah you guys are right. Its probably not the best time and if its meant to be we'll still be together in a couple years." I said. "Well what are we waiting for. The bags are packed and we're all ready to go. Lets drive over to meet the girls and lets get going already! I can practically smell the beach." Niall said. I guess my desision brought him back to life. "Yeah lets get going." Liam said. We each got our bags and put them in the trunk of my Range Rover. We got in the car and drove over to Bridge's house.

Bridget's POV "Hey guys how was dinner?" you asked Zayn and Perrie after they came in and got settled. They explained how it was and how awkard the conversations were. "I guess my parents are a little worried about whats going to happen while we're all alone and unsupervised on a private island for three weeks." Zayn said winking at Perrie who was cuddled around his body on my couch. "Too bad we've already done everything their worried about." Perrie said smirking. We all laughed. Wow Harry and I are the only ones who haven't had sex yet. Maybe its time we start thinking about it. I heard the familiar sound of Harry's car roll up my driveway. I looked out the window. "Their here!" I said. I ran down stairs excited to see Harry. The others followed behind. Harrry walked through the front door and I ran into his arms. He smiled and kissed me on the lips. "Alright you two. Save it for the Island!" Dani shouted. He took his lips off mine and put me back down. I wiped my mouth and we joined the others over by the family room couch. It was almost ten now so we had to get going soon. "Alright, are we ready to go to the beach!" I said. "You bet we are!" El said. Everyone got up. "Were going to go grab our bags and we will meet you all here." I said as El and Dani were headed for the steps. Everyone else went out to thier cars to grab their bags. We grabbed our bags and ran downstairs. Everyone was all gathered by the kitched grabbing some last minute food. "Okay so I just called the Pilot and he said hes ready to go so lets go!" I said as everyone picked up their stuff and went outside. There were 3 golf carts waiting. One was for our stuff and the others were for us. We loaded our bags onto the one and it was off. We all got seated on the other two and drove off towards the plane. I had said goodbye to my parents right after the graduation. They were headed to China for my fathers buisness so they were happy that I was going away with my friends. We go to the jet and loaded on board. A couple minutes later and we were off into the darkness for our four hour trip to the Outerbanks!
