Young Love (UPDATING)

I was in the principles office with my aunt, and I was getting enrolled into Marshall High School (MHS). It's only been a couple of days but out of my 17 years of life these were the best days ever. My aunt has only treated me with respect and I feel so comfortable where I lay my head at night. But today is my first day of school, is it weird that I'm excited? I'm just ready to forget everything about my past honestly. It's time for new and better memories.

I walked into my second period and I immediately found my seat. I was mad that I had to go to school today being that I just came back from another state but it is what it is. To be honest I was probably about to fall asleep and dream about shawty I saw last night. She still heavy on my mind, but it's most likely because I ain't going to see her cute ass again. I should've locked in her number.

"My nigga." I heard from the back of me as I sat down. It was my best friend Michael.

"Ayye wassup bro." I nodded my head at him as he went past to sit behind me. When class started I just put my head down. This teacher was about to give us a whole lecture on something that didn't even have to do with the class, she always does that the first 15 minutes of class.

As I started to fall asleep a few minuets later the teacher said "Alright class can I have your attention please, this is a new student her name is Imani Ad-" My eyes opened wide as I saw the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. I felt a smile fall on my face so quick. I didn't think I would see her again but I wasn't complaining. Plus she was about to be attending Marshall High. I was definitely about to get to know her better.
