"So new girl..." Chris announces as we ride past a graceful amount of trees. This was a peaceful ride. I always thought that the high school kids that drove were careless and reckless but he didn't show out at all. "How do you like LA so far?" He questions.
"Surprisingly it's less than what I was expecting but in a good way." I smile as I look out he window and watch as the sun sets causing the clouds to disappear slowly from above us.
"What you mean by that?"
Turning from the window to face him, I couldn't help but admire his side profile as he faced the road ahead.

I noticed that whenever light hits his skin it brightens, I fear a phone flashlight can give this boy sun kiss. He was a lot to take in and he was also the last person I was thinking to encounter. I was okay with that though he's a fun person to be around. "Well, from what I seen about Los Angeles I just know it gets crazy wild out here but I haven't actually seen anything jump off so I think it's cool out here." I nodded.
"Well we'll see how long that last." He lets out a laugh before turning into a darken and empty parking lot. Now I was really curious on where we were going.
"We're here." He looks at me and proclaims before getting out of the car.
I take my seatbelt off and grab my purse before opening my door and also stepping out. "Umm, where is here exactly?" I questioned, meeting him at the trunk of the car.
"What? Are you scared?" He looked back at me before pulling a wooden basket out.
I shrugged. I wasn't scared, just curious. I could only hope he didn't bring me here to kill me at this point. "No not really." I respond as he closes the trunk.
"Cool." He placed the basket on top of the car before going to retrieve something from the back seat. "I wasn't sure if you'd wear heals or not. These are my moms." He hands me some slides to wear.
I smile at how much he had this little date planned out. This was definitely a good impression. "Oh thanks, how thoughtful of you." I quickly changed the shoes and he locked up the car.
