Blaise Zabini walked down the crowded hallways, making sure his Slytherin friends were still in sight as they headed towards the Forbidden Forest which was where their next Care of Magical Creatures class was. As he was an observant person, he noticed the many looks given by other students towards his infamous friends. He ignored them, keeping a straight face and sped up so he was walking next to Pansy and diagonal to Draco - who, of course, had to be in front, leading the group.
After a couple of minutes of silent walking, Draco stopped suddenly, surprising them all. Pansy automatically latched onto his left arm and Blaise took a step forward to be in line with him. Draco threw a disgusted look towards the disturbances who had made the Malfoy boy stop. It was a group of three girls and one boy. Three of them were laughing whilst a petite, blond-haired girl was telling them to be quiet. She was waving her hands in their faces, her hair falling gently on her shoulders as she gave up and let out a loud sigh. Draco had grown irritated as the friends had carried on their conversation, not knowing they had been blocking Draco and his goons.
"Ahem," He started making the group look at him. Blaise noticed the petite girl's bright blue, innocent eyes turn shocked as she saw whose path she was accidentally blocking. She immediately avoided eye contact, making her eyes land on Blaise. He kept a stern, emotionless expression on his face, not flinching a tiny bit as the girl sent a scowl towards him. "I think it would be recommended if this never happens again - don't you agree Blaise?" At the mention of his name, Blaise returned back to reality hiding the questioning look he sent to the blond.
"Yes, Draco, I also do think it would be recommended for them to move out of the way. We're going to be late." The male in the petite girl's group scoffed at the command and started to open his mouth before a blond girl quickly moved her hand over his mouth. He looked shocked at first, however, he quickly smirked and stuck his tongue out, licking the poor girl's hand.
"GREY! What the actual hell!?" She quickly retreated her hand and wiped his lick on his cloak. In the meantime, Blaise finally decided to take notice of what house they were all in the strawberry blond girl in Ravenclaw; the Asian girl who hadn't spoken a word and looked like she wanted to vanish was in Hufflepuff; the only male, Grey, as Blaise had heard he was called was in Gryffindor and finally the blond, petite girl who he had made eye contact with was in Hufflepuff, he had found this out earlier, however. At the thought of the girl, he immediately looked towards her, only to find that she wasn't there and, actually, he couldn't see her anywhere. He felt a slight tug in his stomach as he glanced all over the hallway, looking for her. He felt strangely disappointed once he realised that she probably managed to escape once his attention wasn't on her. He inaudibly sighed.
"Draco," Pansy started. "We're going to be late for the Oaf's class, leave these losers and let's go." For once, Blaise agreed with the girl, even though her voice was like nails on a chalkboard to him. Draco nodded, obviously agreeing with her also. He started walking, Pansy detaching her arm and Blaise starting a second later so he wouldn't be directly beside the platinum blond haired male. The three had gotten passed the disruptions, Blaise hearing their confusion when they had started to talk to the petite Hufflepuff, only to find she had disappeared. He chuckled inaudibly as he had noticed much sooner.
Finally, Blaise, Pansy and Draco had made it to Care of Magical Creatures. When they had arrived, they had met up with Draco's bodyguards - Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle. Harry Potter and is two followers - Ron and Hermione - were already there, meaning Draco and Harry had gotten into a petty argument which Blaise had to back him up on. Then the teacher - Rubeus Hagrid - had finally made his appearance bringing a Hippogriff along with him. The beast scared Blaise, yet he wouldn't let anyone know. Rubeus Hagrid had asked the class if anyone of them wanted to "say hello" to him. Everyone, excluding Harry, took multiple steps back, indicating that they wouldn't like to be introduced.
