*two weeks later*
"Omar it's not even like that" I roll my eyes "why do you even care?" Me and Omar were arguing in the middle of class. He thinks that me and stokeley are getting too close and I think that stokeley is just trying to comfort me because..I don't know why. He just is
"I don't care. I'm just saying..you guys been hangin out twenty-four seven, and you're always on his snapchat. You guys just act like a couple. It's weird" he laughed
"That's not weird. It's what friends do"
"So you and kimetrius was just friends?"
"Are we dating?"
"No"
"Then yes we were just friends" I laugh
"So a friend is taking you to work everyday and then is hanging out at your room alllll day until you come back and then is staying until three, Maybe four in the morning and then is coming back to the dorm the next day?"
"Yes"
"You guys are a couple! Just admit it!"
"I'm gonna throw you across this room..we're not a freaking couple"
"Admit it"

He kept pressing on and on and I wasn't gonna budge because I didn't know what me and Stokeley were. At first, he was just a guy who I used as a distraction from kimetrius, but now that I've forgotten about kimetrius it's different. I like him, I think he likes me, what could go wrong?
"Friends. We're just friends"
"Mhm okay daisy"

"..that doesn't make sense"
"You don't make sense" he laughed. The professor dismissed us before I could say anything else. I grab my things and follow behind omar who was taking hella long walking down these steps
"Can you like pick up the pace?" I laugh
"I could"
"Imma push you down these steps if you don't"
"Okay okay. I wasn't walking that slow" we head through the door and then another door to the outside "so..I've been thinking lately aaaand I think I'm gonna drop out"
"What?" I stop
"Yeah. I mean imma go on tour in October with gazzy and we gon be gone for a good month or two..or three. By then they'll kick me out anyways for missing so many days so there's no point in staying. I just came here so I'd have a backup plan if our songs ain't make it, but they did and now we livin the dream you know what I'm sayin?"
"You're gonna leave me? All alone at this shitty college?"
"Yes. Kimetrius'll still be here and we can still see each other outside of college. It's not like I'm moving to a different state"
"Yeah, but doesn't kimetrius make music too? So he's bound to drop out soon after"
"True, but we can't be on tour and focus on school at the same time. It's impossible"
"You're right..it's whatever, but we better not lose contact. You my ride or die"
"We won't" he laughed "like I said, we can still hang I just won't be here anymore" I nod my head and we continue to walk
"What do you guys do on tour?"
"Perform, eat, sleep, fuck bitches, get money, smoke. Basic stuff"
