The police station had no windows. This was a safety precaution, but it sure did annoy Officer Lyon. She couldn't look on the street for the man who killed her father at Wow Camp 19 years ago.
He was the only one who got out. A chubby ginger boy.
Anyways, she had to protect the city for the night. While it was Halloween, her favorite holiday, she had to protect the town. It was at its most unsafe, since everybody had an off-day.
Other than half of the police.
She had the All Hallow's Eve shift. And it would be hard.
Commissioner Ramsay walked in. Him, Lyon, and Officer Sparks were positioned in a group together. Sparks and Lyon were new, anyways, so he should teach the girls the ropes. Maybe it won't be like the last female cadets...
"Hey.. are you ready to.. um.. go?" Asked Ramsay, trying to sound meek.
"Kay." Replied Lyon, wanting to get outside. She needed to avenge her father's death.
The duo walked through the station to find Officer Sparks. She was just recently transferred there, so they couldn't find her office-area easily.
Once they did arrive there, there was a note.
"I'm out to look around. I know I'm early, but ehh. I'll be at the Casino Royale Casino as soon as the parade ends. I'll alert you upon my observations."
"Fuck," muttered Lyon. She was stuck with.. with.. Ramsay.
Horrifying.
As they walked out, Lyon tried to get away. She walked into the Bake It, but Ramsay followed. Lyon ordered a cake to be made the next day, as a reward. The workers had off at four, though, it it would probably be delayed.
She sat there for awhile, before heading out. She went into the alley, just to hide from Ramsay, before touching something soft.
She looked down, and she saw two bodies.
Without heads, and blood sprayed everywhere.
"Ahhhhhhh!" She screamed. She didn't find any name tags, and they were nude.
Ramsay came over, and screamed too.
Lyon just knew that her father's killer was there.
"Okay," Ramsay started. "Stay calm Bell-"
"Don't call me by my first name, you.. you creep!" Screamed Lyon.
"What did I do?" Started Ramsay, but Lyon ran off.
He needed to stay professional, so he went into the Bake It and yelled "The Utz's are dead!"
There were gasps, and he didn't know what he meant by the "Utz's," but he didn't care.
Of course, some people did accuse him of the murder, since there was a controversy that happened a few years ago when-
"WOULD YOU LIKE SOME BEANS?!"
A man started screaming outside. As the people in the restaurant looked outside, they saw a paper pumpkin under the man. A child ran out to pick it up, and it was heavy. As a parent ran over to the child, a woman, who appeared to be strong, tried picking it up.
It was hard for them, too.
The beans man had blue hair and a star- band on his forearm.
Just then, on all three officers' walkie-talkies, a voice of another police officer went off.
"Bombing on 243 Haveton Avenue. I repeat, bombing on 243 Haveton Avenue. No smoke, noise, or water loss. Magic possibly used."
"Oh god," muttered Ramsay, before running to the station, which was next-door.
He got into a police car with a deputy. Deputy Sharone.
He had been a deputy for about five years, and was about to be promoted.
As they drove, with tension between them, they saw a woman in a masked killer outfit walk across the middle of the road.
They stopped for her, and honked. She then jumped up onto the car!
"Gooahhh!" Screamed Sharone, before running out.
He survived.
Commissioner Gordon's seatbelt was stuck. The roof to the car was torn open, and he was pulled out.
He was drugged, and pulled out.

Officer Sparks was at the security center. There was a massive hole from the wall. The tree was burnt, and a bush was destroyed. They were charred, along with other items and furniture in the general area, but no fire. The broken pipes had portals leading to a pond nearby, but the police would learn that later.
It was a horrifying sight. There weren't any bodies, yet all of the security in that area went missing. Maybe it had to do with that mystery killer Officer Lyon always went on about. But Sparks thought that was none of her business.
She heard other officers and detectives talking.
"There's a blue hair sample here."
"I found remnants of berries!"
"Is that a pink cloth?"
She wanted to get out, and enjoy herself like she planned. Just create some fake evidence of something, she thought. She wanted to be at the casino, enjoying herself.
When she tried to sneak off, she ran into Lyon.
"Oh!" Started Lyon, before looking forward. "Wait! Sparks! What were you doing? Quit messin' up!"
"I needed to get to the umm.. station for, like, supplies! Yeah." She responded, trying to not sound suspicious.
Just then, on every officer's walkie-talkies, a voice of a woman came up.
"To end the bombings, close the Casino Royale. You have until tonight. Also, arrest any gamblers."
Some people laughed it off. Others thought that it was a poor joke and that terrorism shouldn't be joked about. Some took it seriously. Ramsay would've known the truth, if he wasn't going to be punished for the crimes.
A lynching on the Casino Royale in an hour.
