The party had started at the museum, and, since anybody could get in as long as they paid, Tulip was able to successfully infiltrate. There were people marveling at wonders like the Afric Rug and the Snake Crown, both made from fine materials. However, she was truly interested in the Umbra.
It was in a pristine display case, flaunting it's design. It's pan-pipe influence was evident, however, the main attraction from it was it's magic qualities. The user could put items small enough to fit in the blowing holes, and, when it came out, it would turn into a mineral, depending on the materials in the item and so fourth.
While Tulip was looking around at artifacts and exabits, and even gambled a bit, the boys were preparing to go to the upper floors, where only staff could go. They were allowed to wear costumes, so Agustin and Kristoff could just walk around almost unnoticeable. The only thing they needed was an ID. But they thought they knew how.
In the boy's bathroom, a toilet was destroyed when, in a cartoonish fashion, a man broke it and crawled out. It was closed off, but a repairman and janitor were inside. Kristoff and Agustin decided to carry a toolbox and mop with them into the bathroom, knock the men out, take their IDs, and go almost anywhere.
As they got to the widow that was loose, and unscrewed it with the light-weight toolbox they found in a supply shed at the back of the building, which was open for the public (It was a common place for members of the SnackPack) and the supply shed was never locked due to not wanting to be around the thugs in that area.
They got in and knocked out a janitor and mechanic who looked nothing like the. Being in a minority group is hard when you need a disguise that requires the faces to vaguely match up.
The duo walked to the bathroom and followed their plan, which, was surprisingly easy.
They walked to the roof, and, as soon as they got there, they checked for giant lights. They had them, and Agustin assigned Kristoff to stay up there and activate them in an hour, when the trick or treaters should retreat inside.
While they were at the roof, Tulip was trying to make friends with the important looking people in the showcase room.
What caught her eye, though, was the bright sign just screaming at her "Casino Royale."
She walked in there while a woman was singing. She had a firetruck red outfit on, with dirt on the bottom. People were chanting "Spawn! Spawn! Spawn! Spawn!" over and over, but the woman still sang. After the woman finished, a man in a pinstripe suit walked up and said "Before your favorite band appears live, here are a few short messages."
A loud "BOO!" noise was heard, signifying the disappointment of the audience.
But what triggered them into a maddening state was when some teen ran in, yelling "Gramphelle's is having a sale on appliances! If you buy three you get a free ticket for Spawn's show in March! That's right folks! An all expenses paid trip to New Italy Islands!"
Everybody was quiet, and seemed to be almost hypnotized. They all came out. Tulip was confused, and she was one of the few people left.
She realized something wrong was happening, and tried to call Kristoff, but it didn't work. She tried for Agustin, but that didn't work either.
She heard thumping, and, as the band started to play, they instantly stopped and everybody was told to evacuate.
Police were in the perimeter, searching for a killer.
"Agustin, you crazy son of a be-yotch."
