It's your birthday and you're walking out of school after a long, hard day. You haven't had the best of days and the fact your boyfriend, Calum, is on tour, millions of miles away, makes it a whole lot worse.
As you walk into your house, everything is completely silent. You step into your room, throwing your bag on the floor and sitting on your bed.
Suddenly you hear a bang coming from the kitchen, and you wonder the hell it is.
Cautiously, you sneak down the stairs and peak round the door, clutching a baseball bat from your brothers room in your hands.
You took a deep breath, before kicking open the kitchen door with your foot, heart pounding in your chest. You're face drops with shock when you see your boyfriend stood there, in only an apron, holding a birthday cake.
"SURPRISE" he shouts, smirking as he sees your face light up. "I've missed you babe, I couldn't let my favourite girl spend her birthday alone could I?"
You're still lost for words as Calum comes towards you.
He kisses you softly yet passionately, moving down to your suck lightly on your neck.
You can smell his musky scent, feel his smooth skin against yours, as he hugs you tightly, his muscly arms embracing your small frame.
"I'll never leave you again" he mumbles, his lips grazing your cheek.
Your eyes meet and he gazes deeply into yours.
Calum bites his lip as he begins to unzip your jacket, giggling, before he drops his apron and pulls you impossibly closer.
