LUNA POV

Ten nervous minutes later, the bell rang. Everybody started to talk louder as they getting ready for the first lesson.

I slowly and quietly got up form my seat as I pick up my backpack, suddenly a sweet voice override the sound of people talking around the room.

"we have maths first. what room are you in?" I looked up to see Robyn and Hayden waiting for me to answer.

"room 4" I quietly said. Robyn nodded. Then they walked out the room with me walking behind.

"I'm in the same room." Robyn turned around to me as we walked.

The days of new lessons went by slowly. I spent most of the day to myself. Hayden and Robyn showed me around the school. They seem nice, then again they might be putting on an act to get close and befriend me.

As I walked off the school grounds, my phone buzzed in my pocket; it was a message from my dad telling where he was parked, waiting for me to come out.

A few minutes later, I was getting in the car.

How was your day, my snowflake." he asked, as I put my seat belt on.

"Fine. " I replied. My dad smiled, as he started the car and drives off.

I leaned my head on the window with my hands in my sleeves, watching the scenery whiz by. Soon after, I blocked out the sounds around me and my thoughts started to takeover my mind.

"Luna..."

"Luna..."

A familiar deep voice filled my ears, bringing me back to reality. It my dad.

"what's wrong, Luna." he asked.

"I miss her, dad....." I replied quietly as turned my head to him, ".... I miss her singing to me."

"I miss her too." he said while he  smiled. He tried to hide the sadness in his eyes.

Soon after, we arrived at the house and get in the house.

In the evening, my dad had go to the near pack for a meeting.

Demon's POV (Luna's dad)

After I got a phone call from the alpha from the moonlight pack who is also my best friend. After I told Luna and Morgan, I started to head towards the forest. I felt my Wolf coming out. My hands and feet turned to paws, my shout black hair turned to black and white, husky like fur.

"it's mate, I feel the connection, she's healing at the pack house." My Wolf, Grayson howled. I began to run faster until I saw alpha Ethan standing outside with his mate, Charlotte waiting for me. I swift back.

"I bring you to her, she's with the doctor at the moment." Alpha Ethan kindly said. I nodded and a small smile grew on my face.

Minutes gone as we walked towards the nursing rooms.

As I saw her on the bed thought the window with the pack's doctor, I couldn't believe what my eyes was seeing. My heart beats faster with love for her, my mate; my wife, my beautiful Mary. It been months since the last time she was in my arms

"you can go in now." the doctor came out. I nodded and quickly walked into the room. Tears filled my eyes.

"I should've protested you and kept you safe, Mary." I said as I held her in my arms. Tears started to flows down my cheeks.

She slowly pulls away from my
Chest and her small hands cupped my face and started to wipe my tears.
"don't say that, you kept a promise you made to me. You kept our daughter safe, Damon." I smiled as I looked into her beautiful sky blue eyes.

"you were always mentally stronger then me, love." I said as I move some of her beautifully long brown hair from her lovely face. She smiled. She reached up and kissed my lips as her hands wrapped around my neck. Longed for her kiss. I wrapped my arms around her waist, Pulling her closer to me. Grayson was going crazy.

I mink linked Luna to let her I'm staying here tonight.
