===================
Jin was appalled. He knew he was the worst dancer in Bangtan but he couldn't believe he had been so stupid. He had been watching Hoseok and Jimin do flips in the practice room – no one could do a flips just like Jimin could and Hoseok's handspring flip from his Mama solo song performance was almost just as impressive. And so when Jin saw the two main dancers doing amazing tricks, he of course, wanted to do them as well. Jimin had been quick to say Jin needed the proper training and that they couldn't just teach him in ten minutes how to do a flip.
Hoseok had told an entirely different story.
Hoseok believed if Jin was strong enough, tough enough, and he tried hard enough, he would be able to do a flip just like Jimin's in thirty minutes flat without any help from either of them. He said this because that's how long it had taken their lyrical style dance prodigy, Park Jimin, to pick it up. So if Jimin could do it, why couldn't Jin?
Jin had been far too trusting.
Five minutes later he was on the floor holding back tears, clutching his leg and begging Hoseok to call the others to get him to a hospital. And that was how he ended up on the couch in their apartment, scrolling through Twitter somewhat angrily as all he could do was rest his sprained ankle. The doctor had said he was lucky it was just a sprain and not a fracture or just entirely broken and Jin was told to stay off his feet for the next week or two. Hoseok had done nothing but apologize and Jin just waved him off, more upset with his own inaptitude than anything else.
"Hi, hyung!" Jungkook bounded into the room with his usual boyish energy, not paying that much attention to how Jin's leg was bandaged and set on a pillow on the couch. He sat beside his hyung all the way on the other end of the couch, scooping up a PlayStation controller and starting the game system. His eyes cut over to his hyung as Jin only lazily watched him start up a first person shooter game.
"Do you want to play?" Jungkook was quick to pick up another controller and offered it to his hyung.
Jin looked at the controller for a moment before looking back to his leg.
"Why not? I can't really do anything else..."
Jungkook squealed happily and loaded Jin into the game. Sitting sideways, Jin had to crane his neck to the left to be able to see correctly. Jungkook noticed this and frowned. It had to be uncomfortable. Before the game started he put his controller down on the coffee table and began moving Jin around.
"What are you doing?" the panic was evident in the older man's voice as Jungkook picked him up and set his foot and pillow on the coffee table beside his controller.
Jungkook pulled Jin into his lap and settled the older man in between his legs to where Jin could just lean back against the younger man's firm chest, "Isn't that more comfortable, hyung?"
Jin gulped. Jungkook had his share of skin ship. It wasn't uncommon for him to hug the other members or cuddle with Taehyung but this was pushing a bit beyond simply platonic. Jungkook had his arms wrapped around Jin's midsection, holding his controller in front of Jin and resting his chin on Jin's shoulder so he could see the game. And just like that, Jungkook was sucked into the pixels on the screen, jerking every once in a while when another online player or game generated AI startled him. Jin tried to play along, getting killed time and time again as his attention was elsewhere other than the game. Jungkook was warm against him and Jin was afraid the younger man could feel his heart being out of his chest as the arms around him tightened.
