Chapter 8: Katrina

Jirou's POV

Cheska isn't going home with me today because she had to do something important today, which is just me

I was walking, suddenly I begun to hear thunders

Oh, boy, it's going to rain soon, and great! I don't have my umbrella with me, well at least I have my leather jacket with me

Suddenly the rain burst so hard that it makes people around me, panicking and some are running towards stores

While I have to get soak wet!

Bigla akong napatigil nang malapit ako sa isang shrine, doon muna ako sumilong saka napag isipan kong maghubad muna nang damit, baka magkakasakit ako nito

I was about to take off my clothes when I heard someone's muttering
Was that a girl? I asked my self saka hinanap kung saan iyon nanggagaling
And it was Katrina her self

"Katrina?" Tawag ko sa kaniya saka siya napalingon sa kinaroroonan ko

Katrina's POV

I was walking alone today since Amanda is having a date with James, while Sasha needs to by a new make up kit

Geez~ those girls are nonetheless! How could they just leave me alone like this?! I feel like a loser now!

While I was walking, I decided to flirt with some guys today at the arcade, which I do it if I wanted to get something I want! A beautiful key chain! That'll be perfect!

As I enter the arcade, kaagad kong nakita si Caleb I thought he was just alone pero may kasama siyang babae,

Hmmp! I knew that girl is a trash!

"Hey, Katrina ~" suddenly I heard a familiar voice, it was Arnold

"Oh, Arnold! Thank goodness your here~!" I said sweetly and cling I to his  arm

"Look babe, I have no  time to play today, cause I've got a date, if you want something just ask my buddy there Leon" sambit niya sabay turo sa lalaking tabatchoy

"A-Are you freaking kidding me?! Who's gonna date's with that guy?! Ew!?" I exclaimed as I stamp out from the arcade

Suddenly I felt the rain has begun to fall hard

I muttered angrily as I tried to find place that I could soak in

"This day is the worst! How come everyone is leaving me behind!?"

Is that how they really see's on me? A bitch? A big flirt?
I....I really hate them!
I begun to sniffed
"Achoo~!"

"Great! Now I'm wet!" I blurted out as I stop when I saw the shrine,

Saka ako dali-daling sumilong doon at kaagad na hinubad ang sandals ko

I can't believe that I'll end up in this place

My mom took me here since she was still alive, she really loves to wear Yokata everyday, that's why people thinks its weird, but for her its great

The only thing I had with her is watch those ugly fireworks... Up in this shrine

She even told me that...when ever I see a meteor pass by and wish what I wanted, it'll come true, I didn't believed it

Not until, that night, right in this area, we both saw a meteor just came by

Then she said she wishes she'd like to rest, while I wish is to have a hot boyfriend

I think it was kind'a funny, but the other day came...
I didn't got a chance to say my last words to her
She died....

My dad suddenly loss hope in living after knowing my mom just died and he too died in a car accident, the police said he was drunk

After those incident...no one ever notice me at all, I was like an invincible girl lurking into shadows

Those people that I love, they ended up leaving me behind

Until I met Caleb, he help me moved on and be strong on my own

I suddenly sighed

Enough of that story I feel kind'a hazy

"Damn, rain!---"

"Katrina?" A familiar voice came by

I turned around and saw Jirou
I gasp as I was suddenly out of balance pero kaagad naman niya akong nasalo

I feel warm in his chest, mukhang basa rin siya sa ulan

"Are you okay?" I heard him asked

But I just nodded in reply, I feel weak today,

"Hey, hubadin mo muna yung damit mo, mukhang basang-basa ka na ah" I heard him speak again saka ko siya tinignan

"I can't move...I feel like I'm losing my energy today...can you just....take them off from me?" I mumbled trying to act tough in this situation

"Okay..." Was the word I heard from him

Kaagad niya akong pina upo sa lap niya kaya ramdam ko ang matigas niyang katawan mula sa likuran ko

Suddenly I felt he's hands starting to unbuttoned my uniform saka niya ako hinubadan ng damit, now we're both top less, in this shitty storm

"Jirou..." I whispered saka tumingala ako sa kaniya

"Hmmm?"

"Thank you..."

I suddenly saw in he's eyes ang pagkabigla niya, like he wasn't expecting that I would say that

Of course, who wouldn't? I'm the famous bitch, and yet this is my first time thanking someone else in my whole shitty life

"Jirou..." I called out again, I don't feel cold any more since he was hugging me

"Can I have your hand?" I asked saka kaagad ko namang kinuha ang kamay niya at niyakap iyon

There...I cried

Hindi ko alam kong bakit, pero parang doon ko na ibinuhos lahat ng sakit na nararamdaman ko

Fuck this feeling!!
