zach and salvia are hanging out at the diner, they both drink their favorite shakes and get caught up with each other.

salvia talks about how she's still finding jobs and stuck between to colleges she's going to.

"why not washington? It's a state above us and you could visit family." zach states, taking a sip of his Oreo shake.

"true, true; but I wanna like you know- get away from this ballistic town and find a place that my inner self is comfortable with." salvia shrugs, stirring her, almost empty, shake.

"I get you- but isn't arizona too far? what if something urgent happens?" zach questions, trying not to sound worried.

"nothing won't happen, except me maybe getting caught smoking weed in my dorm or having my music loud. nothing else." salvia jokes and laughs about it, as she thinks of the situation.

"but what have you been up to?" salvia asks, finishing up the last of her strawberry shake.

"nothing much, i think i'm in a band and we are going on a short tour when summer starts." zach smiles and catching salvias glance.

"how come you didn't tell me about this?!" salvia exclaims loudly, getting stares at her and ignoring the people.

"it wasn't much of a big thing or something." zach shrugs.

"much of a big thing, my ass." salvia snorts and reaching over to his shake, stealing the cherry.

the both spent the day together out in the city, they were either in stores browsing or walking around.

most of the time, they were joking around and causing small problems. well, they were already kicked out of 3 stores for disturbance.

"whatever, lady. i look better in that blouse than you." salvia rudely remarks, rolling her eyes and grabbing the blouse.

zach had to throw $10 on the counter and grab salvia out of the place before anyone calls the cops.

"you really haven't change." zach laughs, as they guide their way to his car.

"not really, but the shirt was definitely worth it." salvia smiles and checking out the shirt, before putting it away in her bag.

they both decided to end their day with a smoke and a slushee, salvia didn't want to go back home and do nothing for the night. she knew there was a party and wanted to go with zach, but decided next time.

"hey, i don't know if you're busy tonight- but there's a party at jon's, wanna go with me?" zach asked, putting the cigarette out.

"yeah- but i need to like head home first and get my stuff, if anything happens." salvia smiles, lowkey thanking god for answering her prayers.
