I walk into my room and put on my work clothes, grabbing my stake and slipping it into my coat so Charlie won't see it.

I tell bye He does I get in my now empty car and go to the office. The guys are waiting with the only other girl on the team, Chelsea, who hates me because I am Armand's favorite.
"Who are the team's today?" I ask Armand.
"Carlos and Xander are going after the vampire in Port Angles. Chelsea and I are going after the vampire in Seattle, and you are going after the vampire in Forks." Armand says.
"Nobody ever goes alone besides you." Chelsea protests while I stare at him in shock .
"I hate to say this, but Chelsea is right." I tell him.
"It is time." Armand says, handing me a stake covered in Vervain and Wolfsbane as well as Deadly Nightshade.
I stare in shock.
"Thank you, Armand." I now like I am supposed to.
"Go. Be back by midnight or we will all come looking for you." Armand glanced at everybody as I slip my new stake into my coat. Then I take a breath and let the Hunter inside me come out. I feel the vampire inside me.
I walk and walk and walk. Then I come to a clearing where Bella is.
She is talking to a cold one vampire.
I step out of the woods and into his line of sight.
A Hunter." he mutters.
"Bella, leave." I order her . She glares at me and stomps away.
Then she comes back and slaps me. I break her wrist and go after the vampire, flipping and turning as he tries to grab me. The wolves distract me and he breaks my wrist.
I clench my teeth and slide under him, flipping him as I plant my feet on his chest and stake him, shoving the stake deep into his marble chest until It tears through his heart. Thune I press the little button I known it on the stake, and I step back as wolves appear, watching as the beeping gets louder and then it blows up. I wait five minutes and then I go over to where the vampire was and I pick up the stakes which is still in one piece.
I wince at the heat, but it cools down quickly, bringing the heat into it for the next user.
I turn to the wolves.
"Let the Council know that the Hunters are in town." I tell them before I go back to town, waiting at the office for three hours until the West is them come back , staring at me.
"Um, Armand, I may need to get a permanent doctor on call cause I broke my wrist again." I tell him sheepishly. He sighs and fixes my wrist as the best as he ran before he wraps it again.
"Oh, and here is your stake. Now if you don't mind, I would love to go home and sleep." I tell him, handing him the stake.
Hee sighs and tells us all to go home.
"I will let you all know when the Council wants to see us, I'm positive that Katherine did something to gain their attention." Armand looks at me and I smile.
"Good bye. Don't die." I tell over my shoulder before I get in my car and go home.
Charlie tells me that he ordered pizza.
"I'm sorry, Armand kept me late at the office. I'll make it up to you." I miss his cheek.
"But right now, I am going too sleep." I go to my room and quickly change into my pajamas and go to sleep, not dreaming about a thing.
