As they all look at my neck, I bury my head in Caius's neck, causing him to chuckle.
"We have a mated queen." Aro breathes.
"Please tell me that this doesn't mean that I have to start wearing those old ballgowns again." I reference to when I first met them and they made me wear ballgowns.
"Yes, this means more ballgowns. No more shorts. No more short skirts. No more leggings. No more skinny jeans." Caius says sadly.
I know how he loves watching me walk around in normal clothes. Especially the short clothes.
"Katherine, you do understand that you will have to be turned and give up the life as a Hunter, correct?" Aro asks me. I nod.
"There is one thing I want to do before I am turned though." I smile at Caius because he was the one who offered this option.
"Yes?" Aro asks.
"I want to have a human baby. " I tell him. Caius gently squeezes my hand as Aro looks at me confused. I give him my hand then he nods.
"Is this what you want?" He asks. I look at Caius and we both nod.
"Since I know that you won't argue to being changed, you have until the child is five years of age to be turned." Aro says. I nod and Caius leads me out of the throne room before I remember the reason we were there in the first place.
I tug on Caius's hand and lead him back to the throne room and pushing him onto his throne before I sit in his lap once again.
"We are here because my sister and her boyfriend will be here." I whisper as Aro sends Jane to find them.
She comes back a few minutes later with Bella, the vampire girl, the vampire boyfriend, Demetri, and Felix.
"Sister, we send you out for one and you return with two . . . and a half." Alec says . I slightly giggle and Aro asks me to get off of Caius's lap. I do as he asks, and go to my table in the corner, loving how it isn't messed up by the blood they shed in here daily.
I open my box and find the jewelry that Caius loved giving me. I put it on, you see , I love the diamond jewelry he gets me. I like other things he gets me too, but this will last forever. Chocolate and flowers won't.
