Just grow up.
Stop being a kid.
That's when I realized
I will never be able too.
I can't be the grown up
I should already be.
I can't be the person
My best friend needs.
I can't be the daughter
My mother wants.
I can't be the grown up
I wish I was.
I've failed as an adult, a person, a someone.
I wish I could grow up,
I wish I could be this amazing sounding person.
But I'm not.
Just grow up.
Stop being a kid.
