{REWRITTEN}
Jimin woke up in his bed in a cold sweat, eyes wide and the pounding of his head unbearable. He looked around, feeling sick and tired, the whole room spinning around.
"Dear god," he mumbled, trying to support himself on the edge of the bed as he stood. He looked around himself, knowing he in fact was in his own room.
So, he trudged to the bathroom, hearing the sizzling of the frying pan from downstairs and his whole family's idle chatter. Sunday morning, time for them to go to church and Jimin to stay at home.
He used to throw temper tantrums when he had to go to church and he made an embarrassment of his family. He was excommunicated for a while, in fact, his whole family was! Yelling "jesus can go heck himself" wasn't appropriate in the holy place.
And while his family was very traditional now, he wasn't at all. He still hated that place, so he stayed at home.
Jimin rest on the cool bathroom floor next to the toilet. He couldn't bear this headache.
"Jimin, sweetie, we're going!" His mom yelled from downstairs.
Jimin mustered up his voice and called back, "Bye!" But a mother knew when her child wasn't feeling well.
Jimin heard the small whispers among his family, and then the soft footsteps coming up the stairs. The knock at the door still shook him.
He saw his mother peaking in with a worried look.
"What's wrong?" She asked, kneeling down to him and placing her hand on his forehead. "Aish, you're burning hot! I should stay home with you! Let me tell them to go," she stood back up and pushed the two alphas out the door.
"So, what's happening?" She asked, rubbing circles on his back as he leaned over the toilet. "Are you stressed?"
"I guess... I've been so worried about Yoon lately. I think he's okay now, but I can't help but see the worst," Jimin mumbled, trying to avoid the burning urge to talk about Jungkook.
"Well, I heard from Mr. Jeon you were having some improvements," she brushed off.
"Y-Yeah, I guess. Those tutoring sessions really helped, he's done so much just to bring my grades up. It's so nice of him to offer something like that," Jimin had the tiniest hint of sass in his voice, loving the fact that his mother could hear about how some teacher treated him better than herself.
"Good, I don't want a failing boy in my class. Now, let's check your temperature. I'm sure that you're burning, Jimin!"
But it came out normal. He was just a little heated, a little light headed and fuzzy in his mind. That sickness, however, was building up. He ended up throwing up in the toilet, tears soaking his cheeks as he thought of all of the bullshit. It'd been a few weeks, and he almost got hopeful.
"Aish, Jimin, you're throwing up nothing! Let me make you some f-,"
"N-no, ma, I don't want to eat... can I have a minute alone?" Jimin asked calmly, eyes watering. She was skeptical, but soon enough left with a sad face. Jimin looked the door and wished he had his phone in him.
After washing his face, hands, and rubbing down his whole body, he turned around. He didn't remember going off of his diet, and either way, most of his weight went to his cheeks, so he was panicked when there was a bump on his stomach, taking away the abs that were previously there. The body he'd worked so hard for.
This was like his world crashing down. His head was spinning at this point, his eyes stung like hell.
Jimin felt like he needed to see Jungkook. They needed to talk about this now. So, he stepped out with a fake perky smile.
"Am, head to the church, I'll lay down and drink some water, take those pills, I'll do everything. I'll even eat, I just really need to be alone," he lied.
She was so hesitant to even turn the doorknob, so he did it for her and locked her out with her keys. When she made the turn down the street to the church, he walked out of the house with his phone close to his ear.
"Kookie, we really need to talk..."
