Hide and Seek

Chapter 2-She told me her name

I sobbed while iam in Lara's safe arms. "bestie,iam scared." i told her like a scare child and she wiped my tears with her thumb. "i'll be with you every step of the way." she said.

"its getting late already,why won't you sleep?" she said as she pulled away. "iam too scared to even sleep upstairs." i answered. "sleep here on the living room." she said.

"oh thanks." i smiled. "iam just going home. since its getting late. dial me if there's any problem,okay?" she said and i nodded. we said our goodbyes and left,after 3 mins. i fell asleep.

"sis,sis wake up." i heard my little sister's sweet voice and i slowly open my eyes and the sunlight hit my face. "its breakfast time already." i said and to the bad thing she is hugging Ally for the billionth time.

"Mom's here?" i asked and she nodded. great. i need to interview her about the doll.then mom will know that iam not crazy.

i groggily go to the bathroom first,do my daily hygiene and go to the dining area. while eating,we are chatting about funny things and celebrities. then now i decided to change the topic.

"does Ally always play with you?,you know some kiddy stuff." i asked Zai and she nodded which terrifies me. "yeah! she's the one who suggested for us to play hide and seek,as always." my little sister giggles but me,mom and dad just sit there in shock.

Mom awkwardly cleared her throat. "w-why do you named as Allyson?"

"no i didn't name her. she told me her name." Zai responded and take a slice of her pancake.

i give mom an i-told-you face. "This is no time for jokes Zai." Dad said with a shaky voice. someone is scared!

"But iam not joking! Ally also told me that life is just full of shit and we will all end up bleeding like a melting red jelly." Zai defended her doll and everyone has scary eyes on.

"mom,do you have work today?" i asked,mom shooked her head. "i'll show you things later." i told her,she nodded and i put my place on the sink. i go upstairs to my room and grabbed my camcorder and showed mom and dad the tape.

"t-thats..we need to put that doll away!" Dad ordered and slam his fists on the cupboard. "But Zaira seemed to be so close to that doll.we'll find it difficult to seperate it from her." Mom said but we are all cut when Zaira smiled in the middle of us.

"What are you guys talking about?" she asked,there's still a smile on her lips. "i heard my name." my little sister cutely said.

"nothing,why don't you play with your other dolls?" i asked Zaira she hugged Ally tightly and glared at us.

"because Ally is better! she always answer my questions! she always talk to me!"
